Has No Life - Lives on TB
Pinball Prepper on You Tube reports that Wal Mart has been found guilty of scamming grocery shoppers ver the past 6 years by claiming weighted foods weighed more than what they really did weigh.
The case is this is Kukorinis v. walmart Inc.
Case number 8:22-cv-02402-VMC-TGW
U S District Court for the middle district of Florida, Tampa Division
Let’s face it: Just about every one of of have bought meat, seafood or weighted citrus from WalMart during the last six years that this lawsuit covers.
He provides a link you can follow to file under the class action lawsuit.
But when I did this, and it came time to choose a payment method, it asked for an email or phone number that it could send a verification code to, for security reasons.
I gave the same email address and telephone number that is used with my my Walmart+ account, so WalMart already has the information on their records.
They sure do not have a problem using that email address and/or telephone number when it comes time to bill me $99 for the Walmart+ service each year!
However, the website quickly claims it cannot verify the information (too quick for it to have actually tried to verify the information.). I checked my email - WalMart made no attempt to verify the information. No attempt was ever made to send their security code - or anything else, for that matter - to my phone, either.
”We are unable to validate your payment selection. You may close this window.” it said, way too quickly to have checked anything.
of course, they have already closed that window already.
It looks like they are doing a DOUBLE SCAM - once when they cheated all of us out of our money,
And a second time when their computer system just claims that they cannot verify your information without ever attempting to do so, and thus fails to process your claim.
