The man that Shiloh was convicted of being "disorderly" against was himself charged for r*ping a 16 year-old-girl WITH ANOTHER MAN and TRAPPING HER IN A TRAILER, dehydrated and without food.
The charges were dropped, "in the interest of justice..."
This is why we aren’t different from the UK. Imagine all the cases that never made the news, they’re just released back out to re-offend.

Her response? Refuse to turn around, refuse license/registration/insurance, scream “Don’t touch me,” “I’m not giving you sh*t,” “It’s my right,” and demand a sergeant while claiming the cops are out of jurisdiction.
The police stayed calm. She escalated the entire time.
This is exactly why people get arrested over nothing. Just turn around and go.
