North to the Future
This couple is always worth watching, beautiful videography every time. They built everything (gardens, chicken house, fencing, high tunnel, storage…even their over-wintered apiary), except the dry cabin in which they live. This is what they posted today.
Aside from Seraphima and Kathy in FL, Ariel is my inspiration for gardening and canning.

RT 15:57 Eric and Ariel live north of me in Willow. They grow all the veg and herbs, raise chickens, keep bees, hunt and fish, prepare for winter every minute of our short warm season. They are off grid but use a generator and solar to power things that charge their cameras and during canning sessions, or to pump water to their cistern.
Believe it or not, they grew all those herbs, onions, peppers, tomatoes you see. Very amazing couple.
