Unbelievable insane headline claim by USA Today...

"Republican leaders mostly silent over Donald Trump's call to suspend the Constitution"

Original Article at:

This is such B.S. - an outright slanderous report. USA Today "claims" that Donald Trump wanted to suspend the Constitution. Really?

What Trump said was: "So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great "Founders" did not want and would not condone, False & Fradulent Elections!"

He was accusing THEM for terminating the Constitution via the election fraud, he was NOT calling for the suspension of the Constitution!

But it's the HEADLINE that matters, since most Americans are low-information idiots who will not read past the headline.

This is seriously getting out of control.

It's been out of control for years... In relation to Trump, at least 7 years. Don't think the "Russia Collusion" story was as bad? Or the "Hookers peeing on beds"?

WASHINGTON (AP) — Former President Donald Trump faced rebuke Sunday from officials in both parties after calling for the “termination” of parts of the Constitution over his lie that the 2020 election was stolen.
Trump, who announced last month that he is running again for president, made the claim over the weekend on his Truth Social media platform.

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” he wrote. “Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!”
Incoming House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries on Sunday described Trump’s statement as strange and extreme and said Republicans will have to make a choice whether to continue embracing Trump’s anti-democratic views.

“Republicans are going to have to work out their issues with the former president and decide whether they’re going to break from him and return to some semblance of reasonableness or continue to lean into the extremism, not just of Trump, but Trumpism,” Jeffries said.
Trump, who is the first to be impeached twice and whose term ended with his supporters violently storming the Capitol in a deadly bid to halt the peaceful transition of power on Jan. 6, 2021, faces a escalating criminal investigations, including several that could lead to indictments. They include the probe into classified documents seized by the FBI from Mar-a-Lago, and ongoing state and federal inquiries related to efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Asked about Trump’s comments Sunday, Rep. Mike Turner of Ohio, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, said he “vehemently” disagrees and “absolutely” condemns the remarks, saying they should be a factor as Republicans decide who should lead their party in 2024.

“There is a political process that has to go forward before anybody is a frontrunner or anybody is even the candidate for the party,” he said. “I believe that people certainly are going to take into consideration a statement like this as they evaluate a candidate.”

Rep.-elect Mike Lawler, R-N.Y., also objected to the remarks, saying it was time to stop focusing on the “grievances of prior elections.”
“The Constitution is set for a reason, to protect the rights of every American,” Lawler said. “I think the former president would be well-advised to focus on the future, if he is going to run for president again.”

Trump’s comments came after Twitter’s new owner, Elon Musk, said he would reveal how Twitter engaged in “free speech suppression” leading up to the 2020 election. But files released Friday, which focused on the tech company’s confused response to a story about Biden’s son Hunter, do not show Democrats trying to limit the story.

The White House on Saturday assailed Trump, saying, “You cannot only love America when you win.”

“The American Constitution is a sacrosanct document that for over 200 years has guaranteed that freedom and the rule of law prevail in our great country,” spokesman Andrew Bates said in a statement. “Attacking the Constitution and all it stands for is anathema to the soul of our nation.”

Jeffries appeared on ABC’s “This Week,” Turner spoke on CBS’ “Face the Nation” and Lawler was on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

This is what Obama talked about too, in a roundabout way. The cabal has planned for a long time to get rid of America, and so how do they do that? The Constitution and the Bill of Rights and the Bible have to go bye-bye! This will pave the way for the North American Union and everything else they are working on now.

So if I've read this correctly they're spinning the statement:

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,”

in order to create a narrative that Trump wants to suspend the Constitution instead of Trump saying that those opposing him had effectively done so in their quest to get him out of office. WTF?!?!?!?!

It’s just so “in your face” outright and obvious deception. It’s just shocking what they attempt to get away with. These people deserve to be hung for such crimes.

I liken this to a one on one basketball tournament I won back in the day at Illiniois State U. It got down to the final game and the guy I was playing called three or four fouls that were non existent, but he needed them to stay close. He was cheating, fouls that men would never call in a pick up game. It got down to the final possession and I called a very weak foul, one i would never call normally, but given his abuse throughout the game I called it. I then scored and won.

Do I look back and think I won by cheating? Not once. He was cheating thru out the game.

When you play against cheaters, sometimes you gotta cheat too.

When the deep state uses our systems to overrun us, and then lie cheat and steal all along the way, there comes a time where you just slit throats and go all pirate. The lawyers are so deep in the coup, there is no going thru the system.

Yeah, it was rather a vague statement. I read it, that the seriousness of the 2020 fraudulent election was such that EVEN the Constitution could be overridden in the event to right the wrong. It does seem the preponderance of actual evidence (not that evidence matters to those in the chairs) supports the claim of fraud.

No way his actual words support that he was (with either interpretation) at ALL calling for suspension of the Constitution.

First, it was from USA Today, reading headlines from the MSM is like getting medical advice from the trashman! Just not going to do it. These communists lie, cheat, and steal any chance they get, and without any sort of repercussions for their actions, they have no fear to do so.

Biden administration attacks Trump for calling to overturn constitution

Guy (JoeBama/DNC/DS) who violates Constitution to steal an election cries foul when guy who had election stolen from him suggests we restore what is stolen even if it isn't Constitutional.

That is not what Trump meant...What he meant was “Justice needs to be upheld at all Costs”. This was not a malicious attack on the Constitution.

I'll share another analogy.

Lets say six or eight of us were doing a Bible study at one of our homes. Word got out, and it grew, and it grew...we decided to buy the old building on main street and turn it into our church. We all invested our money and got it done. We even bought up the empty lots on both sides of the building. As time went by we grew and grew. New church secretary, and everything...at one yearly meeting, in new business, a relatively new member, from our latter growth years, suggested we worship satan. Now, imagine all those recent new members voted yes, and out voted the old guard, due to numbers......never minding our Church Constitution....it was just a matter of a vote.

Ignore that they inflitrated the church with the intent to take it...... Ignore we're talking trading Jesus for satan. It's a fair vote, right.

Should we walk away from the church we built and give them the keys. Or do we fight this, tooth and nail.

That's our plight. They have infiltrated every segment of our government, and much of our population. Yet they have no founding Constitution to stand on, and ours is not about majority rules. Our ancestors built this Republic.

I say it's about fighting for our church, not allowing the usurpers to sneak in and steal it, under the veil of law.

Time to separate the men from the boys....
