Translated from Spanish

It is announced that tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. Havana time, the dictator Díaz-Canel will make an intervention of utmost importance through all broadcasting media in unison, interrupting all regular transmissions and programs.

One of the following may be the announcement:

1- Option 0 is announced (the country is fully paralyzed through the effective prohibition of fuel distribution to the civilian sector or any not directly linked to the army; this is part of Cuba's wartime economy doctrine).

2- Díaz-Canel resigns.

3- Negotiations with the United States government are announced.

4- Hours of rhetorical speech alluding to creative resistance.

5- Official announcement of the abandonment of communism as Cuba's doctrine, beginning the transition.

“Paraguay’s recent agreement to facilitate defense cooperation is another milestone for the coalition of nations in Latin America and the Caribbean who are committed to the common purpose of security and sovereignty in the Western Hemisphere. We thank our partners in the Paraguayan government and Congress for their commitment to strengthening our cooperation.

As President Santiago Peña and I discussed during his visit to SOUTHCOM last week, we’re eager work with Paraguay, along with our regional partners and allies, to combat narcoterrorism and drug trafficking. Strategic partners like Paraguay are critical to the region’s efforts to confront organized criminals and Designated Terrorist Organizations.” - #SOUTHCOM Commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan

Cuba is announcing they’re opening up their economy, allowing for private business ownership and foreign direct investment from the Cuban diaspora, and they want to strike a trade deal with the U.S.

Presidents have been trying to do this for 65 years. All Trump had to do was turn the lights off. We had stupid leaders who never thought of that.

U.S. Military Sinks Two Narco-Trafficking Boats in Pacific, Kills Five

Last updated
On April 11, U.S. Southern Command's Joint Task Force Southern Spear destroyed two vessels on known narco-trafficking routes, killing five men labeled as narco-terrorists by the military. One survivor was quickly rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard after SOUTHCOM alerted them, with no American forces harmed. The strikes fall under Operation Southern Spear, ramped up since late 2025 to disrupt fentanyl smuggling cartels, marking at least 47 such actions by late March with over 160 deaths reported.

Applying total systemic friction on the cartels.

On April 11, at the direction of #SOUTHCOM commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan, Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted two lethal kinetic strikes on two vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations.

Intelligence confirmed the vessels were transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and were engaged in narco-trafficking operations.

Two male narco-terrorists were killed, and one narco-terrorist survived the first strike. Three male narco-terrorists were killed during the second strike. Following the engagements, USSOUTHCOM immediately notified U.S. Coast Guard to activate the Search and Rescue system for the survivor. No U.S. military forces were harmed. @DeptofWar

SEC RUBIO: We don't need Venezuela's oil. We have plenty of oil in the United States.

What we're not going to allow is for the oil industry in Venezuela to be controlled by adversaries of the United States.

You have to understand, why does China need their oil? Why does Russia need their oil? Why does Iran need their oil?

They're not even in this continent. This is the Western Hemisphere. This is where we live.

We're not going to allow the Western Hemisphere to be a base of operation for adversaries, competitors and rivals of the United States.

NEWS: The Trump administration has quietly directed Pentagon officials and other U.S. government agencies to step up preparations for possible military operations against Cuba, according to two sources familiar with the situation and a third person briefed on it, Zeteo reported Tuesday.

The directive came directly from the White House, according to the report by Asawin Suebsaeng and Andrew Perez.
Trump has publicly threatened Cuba on multiple occasions in recent weeks, including Monday when he said “we may stop by Cuba after we’re finished with this” — a reference to the ongoing U.S.-Israeli war on Iran.

Pentagon Ramps Up Contingency Plans for Potential Cuba Intervention:

There are strong indications that the Pentagon has received directives from the Trump administration to begin preparing military operations against Cuba.

This development should not come as a surprise.

I have been warning about this exact scenario for some time.

It is highly likely that the current U.S. involvement in the Middle East conflict will wind down before any new operation against Cuba is launched.

The United States has little interest in fighting two major conflicts simultaneously - especially when the Middle East operation continues to demand significant military resources.

The likely scenario is that a military intervention against Cuba will begin as soon as things calm down in the Middle East.

Soon!

CUBA IS NEXT UP!

Sec. Rubio just sent a U.S. delegation to Havana, first American government plane to land there since 2016.

They sat down with Fidel Castro’s grandson and dropped demands: open up the internet and start releasing political prisoners.

Rubio’s been waiting for this shot.

The fuel blockade is crushing Cuba’s humanitarian crisis, and now we’re pushing to get the communists OUT.

How is the fuel blockade "crushing Cuba’s humanitarian crisis"? Wouldn't it worsen it? I'm not judging any actions. The statement just seems inaccurate.

The U.S. and five Latin American nations just issued a rare joint statement against Chinese pressure on Panama...

Bolivia, Costa Rica, Guyana, Paraguay, Trinidad and Tobago, and the United States released a coordinated declaration calling out China's "targeted economic pressure" and recent actions affecting Panama-flagged vessels.

The statement frames it as a sovereignty issue and pledges hemispheric solidarity with Panama.

The trigger is the Panama Supreme Court ruling on the Balboa and Cristóbal terminals, two of the most strategically critical port facilities at either end of the Panama Canal.

China is reportedly retaliating against Panama through commercial pressure on Panama-flagged shipping, which carries a huge share of global trade.

The strategic context is much bigger than Panama.

The U.S. has been quietly assembling a coalition to push back on Chinese influence in Latin America for over a year.

Today's statement formalizes that effort with a specific, named adversary and a specific, named flashpoint.

Bolivia signing on is the most surprising piece.

Bolivia has tilted toward Beijing for years on lithium and infrastructure deals.

Their inclusion suggests Washington is making real progress reasserting hemispheric coordination.

The Panama Canal control question has been a Trump fixation since his first term.

China's grip on the Balboa and Cristóbal terminals has been the subtext of every Trump statement about "taking back" the canal.

Today's joint declaration is the diplomatic version of that posture, and it has six countries publicly behind it.

The Iran war exposed how stretched American military capacity is.

The Cuba and Panama moves this week show the administration isn't waiting to recover.

The chokepoint strategy that controls global trade is being asserted everywhere at once, from Hormuz to Malacca to the Caribbean to Central America.

Trump is playing the geopolitical version of speed chess on multiple boards simultaneously.

Trump casually confirms Cuba is next, saying the USS Abraham Lincoln will stop "a couple hundred yards offshore" on the way back from Iran:

"It would be an honor to free it up.

I got 94% of the Cuban vote.

I have an obligation, frankly, to do something."

He just described regime change as a pit stop.

Finish Iran, swing by Cuba on the way home, park an aircraft carrier offshore, and see what happens

See it? Trump’s lightning seizure of Venezuela’s enriched uranium... with Iran’s material set to surrender any day... has obliterated the Israel's Samson Option by ripping every loose highly enriched uranium sample out of rogue circulation and into unbreakable U.S. forensic custody, shredding the Obama-Hillary Uranium One networks that once enabled nuclear blackmail...

No coincidence it hit days after Netanyahu declared Israel no longer needs U.S. security guarantees and is phasing American military aid to zero, stripping away the final external lifeline...

Israel now stands alone and fully exposed with no Samson Option left, its doomsday kill-switch permanently neutralized, the entire uranium node locked down under Trump’s White Hat dominance with zero room for escalation or hidden leverage... brilliance...

BREAKING: President Trump Announces Cuba Has Reached Out for Help, and he is preparing to speak with them directly in the coming hours.

"No Republican has ever spoken to me about Cuba, which is a failed country and only heading in one direction - down! Cuba is asking for help, and we are going to talk!!! In the meantime, I’m off to China! President DJT”

This is a significant development given Cuba’s long history of hostility toward America and its struggling communist economy.

After decades of failed socialism, the regime may finally be looking for a way out.

Protests erupted overnight in Cuba, as the government says it has completely run out of diesel and fuel oil.

Energy minister Vicente de la O Levy blamed Trump, saying his blockade over the past 4 months is the cause.

Trump has said he could “take” Cuba or mount a “friendly takeover."

That pressure is becoming very real now...

Cuba says it has completely run out of diesel and fuel oil, pushing the country into its worst blackout crisis in decades.

Many parts of Havana now get only 2–4 hours of electricity per day, causing protests, food spoilage, transport problems, and major disruption to daily life.

Cuban authorities have announced that there is "absolutely no fuel" left in the country and cut power to the country's eastern provinces indefinitely. The capital, Havana, has been under a continuous blackout for the last 24 hours, although authorities claim they are rationing power. New protests have been recorded as Cuban authorities describe the situation as "critical."

RUSSIA JUST HANDED THE U.S. A DOOR INTO CUBA IT COULDN'T OPEN FOR 65 YEARS. READ THAT AGAIN:

The last Russian oil tanker docked in Havana on March 30.

That was it. No more shipments. No call. No explanation.

Do you understand what that means?

– Cuba's Energy Minister went on record May 13: "We have absolutely no fuel oil, absolutely no diesel."

– Havana is running 20+ hour blackouts. Not rolling outages. Twenty. Hours. A day.

– Russia previously supplied roughly 1 out of every 8 barrels Cuba needed monthly

– That 1-in-8 supply line disappeared — not from sanctions, not from a deal collapsing — Russia just stopped showing up

– Six weeks of silence later, the CIA Director's plane landed in Havana

– This is only the second CIA director visit to Cuba since the 1959 revolution

– John Ratcliffe met with Cuban Interior Ministry officials and Raúl Castro's grandson

– The U.S. offer on the table: $100 million in humanitarian aid through the Catholic Church and NGOs

– The price attached: fundamental changes to Cuba's communist system

– Cuban President Díaz-Canel's response: "It will encounter no obstacles or ingratitude"

– That is as close to "yes" as a communist government says out loud

Russia didn't negotiate Cuba away. It just forgot to refuel the island and walked off.

The U.S. didn't break 65 years of frozen relations with diplomacy or pressure campaigns.

It waited for the lights to go out.

CIA BOSS CRASHES HAVANA IN BROAD DAYLIGHT: Ratcliffe Drops Trump’s “Fundamental Change or Blackout Forever” Ultimatum on Castro’s Grandson as Cuba’s Lights Die in 22-Hour Darkness!

In the long shadow of the 1959 Revolution that once promised paradise and delivered purgatory, a single Boeing C-40 taxied openly onto José Martí’s tarmac yesterday—emblazoned “United States of America,” no deniability, no shadows.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe didn’t sneak in like a Cold War ghost. He arrived as Trump’s chosen instrument, convening directly with Raúl Castro’s grandson (the regime’s security heir apparent), the Interior Minister, and Cuba’s intelligence chief. The message he delivered, word for word from the President: America will engage seriously on economy and security… but only if the Cuban regime enacts fundamental change.

No more harboring adversaries. No more weaponizing scarcity against its own people.

Consider the timing, scholars of realpolitik: Cuba has exhausted its last drops of diesel and fuel oil. Hospitals, schools, and streets now endure 20–22 hour blackouts.

The revolution that nationalized sugar fields has nationalized suffering instead. And in that engineered darkness, Trump’s envoy offered the oldest bargain in statecraft: reform or rot.

This is not naive outreach. It is calibrated Thucydidean leverage—maximum visibility, maximum pressure, zero illusions. The same administration that dismantled Venezuela’s Maduro machine is now holding the mirror to Havana: your ideology is starving your children. Choose.

Sixty-seven years after the bearded victors marched into power, the island’s own grandchildren may finally decide whether the revolution ends in freedom… or simply ends.

The Cuban people have waited long enough for dawn.

The plane was not hidden for a reason.

While the media and the Left were focused on Iran, the Trump Administration was working on saving Cuba. History is watching.

What happens when the lights finally go out for good?

COAST GUARD HELICOPTER SNIPERS JUST OBLITERATED A $45.8M CARTEL COCAINE CONVOY IN ONE EPIC TRIPLE STRIKE — 2.3 MILLION LETHAL DOSES TORCHED BEFORE THEY HIT OUR KIDS! THIS IS WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE, CARTELS!

Masterstroke at Sea: Precision, Power, and the High Art of Interdiction.

America’s elite HITRON snipers just turned the Caribbean into a classroom for narco-terrorists on how real maritime dominance works.

Operating from Coast Guard Cutter Tahoma in flawless coordination with U.S. Southern Command and JIATF-South, these helicopter warriors executed a textbook triple interdiction 90 miles off Cartagena, Colombia.

Warning shots ignored? Engine-shredding aerial gunfire followed — surgical, disciplined, and devastating.

Three go-fast boats dead in the water. Nine suspected narco-operatives detained. Their vessels were scuttled as hazards to navigation.

The haul: 6,085 pounds of cocaine — $45.8 million in cartel blood money erased from the books. That’s 2.3 million potentially lethal doses that will never reach American streets, schools, or families.

This isn’t random enforcement. It’s classic source-and-transit-zone strategy perfected: raise the cartel’s costs, erode their profits, starve their violence networks, and protect our homeland from the downstream tsunami of addiction, overdose deaths, and cartel-fueled chaos.

HITRON has done this over 1,000 times since 1999, keeping more than $33 billion of poison off our shores. Today’s strike is proof that the doctrine still delivers.

When leadership trusts its warriors rather than tying their hands, the result is decisive, professional, unapologetic excellence.

Our guardians aren’t just stopping boats. They’re rewriting the rules of the drug war — one precision trigger pull at a time.

Proud of these legends? Drop . Repost if you want more of this. America is back in beast mode.

While this is likely related to Iran, do not be surprised if this has something to do with Cuba.

US military intelligence-gathering flights over Cuba have exploded in the last few months and they mirror similar patterns that were seen before the operation in Venezuela and strikes in Iran.

The U.S. has an aircraft carrier strike force in the area now and Cuba has an extremely weak military.

Rubio also just said that the odds of "a diplomatic solution" are not high.

Given the likelihood of Trump ousting the island's communist regime and how weak Cuba's military is, this would be an easy win for the US military and its success could extend the public's patience for Trump to finish the war in Iran the right way.

Rubio says China and Russia are arming Cuba and running spy bases just miles from Florida.

China is upgrading secret spy bases in Cuba that can eavesdrop on U.S. military commands across the Southeast, including Florida.

Rubio just announced the arrest of Adys Lastres Morera, sister of the executive president of GAESA, the Cuban military conglomerate that controls 40% of the island’s economy.

She was living in Florida on a green card. Now it’s revoked. She’s in ICE custody.

Rubio’s warning there is little time left for the regime.
