They've posted update protocols yesterday. They're really focusing on vitatamin D3 levels and apparantly hydrochloroquine is effective for omicron. Both of the newest updates are attached as .pdf files. Click the link to see the latest for all protocols.

Awesome! Thanks for the updated FLCCC files.
I'm not surprised about keeping D3 levels up. That just makes a lot of sense to me: we don't spend
nearly as much time outside in the Midwest as we do in the summer.

Thing is, I don’t know how to get ahold of hydrochloroquine.

I tried calling ADC, and they wanted my birthday and other personal info, and I think they were going to make an appt with one of their doctors.

That scared the hell out of me (my brother was a victim of identity theft), and I don’t know how they will respond if I tell them the truth - that the meds might need to go to a lady with cancer.

you should be able to order online without a dr visit or script

I strongly suspect that "somebody(s)" have been experimenting upon an unwitting and uninformed humanity for MUCH longer than we realize - perhaps several decades.

If that were proven to be true, there would literally be nowhere for them to hide.

But I ordered Hydroxychloroquin a week ago from them and no problem. I didn't call. I did it online. It was easy. They asked for my doctors name and number and I gave it. Try ordering online. I did it by eCheck.

You know, you should really try to stop living in fear. ADC is a legitimate company. They’re not “after your identity” and you don’t have to be paranoid about it. I’ve ordered from them twice now. Easy peasy.

There is a list of doctors on the FLCC website that will do telemedicine and prescribe whatever you need, including HCQ and ivermectin. They can even overnight you the meds if needed. It takes some money, but they will take a Flex Account Benny card or HSA, so you may not be totally out of pocket.

Do what you need to keep yourself healthy.
At a minimum, you should be taking Vit C, D, and Zinc in high doses. Take some melatonin. Quercitin helps deliver the Zinc to your cells and can be bought at any health food store. But eat with food or it will make you sick. I also reccommend getting a pulse oximeter and a neblizer. You can buy a nebulizer at

https://justnebulizers.com/products/innospire-elegance-nebulizer-compressor

for around $45. You could nebulize colloidal silver. If you have some breathing difficultly, nebulize Hydrogen peroxide dilution in a solution of saline. with the meaurements here:

Nebulized Hydrogen Peroxide — A Simple Remedy for COVID-19 - Spirit of Change Magazine | Holistic New England

If you have access to a oxygen concentrator, get one, This will alos help. Have basic cold/flu remedies on hand, like EmergenC, Antihistamines, pain relievers, Nyquil, Gatoraide for hydration. Some people get real severe flu symptoms. Monitor your oxygen levels with the pulse oxymeter.

Unlike ‘the science’ real science and real doctors change therapies as more information becomes available. I stay on top of the flccc protocols and glad they added the new table for D3 recommendations as most people haven’t taken any testing to see where their D3 levels are.

I was taking 5000iu of D3 which is the current lower level recommendation for my weight range but bumped that up to 10K iu a day a few weeks ago which is a little more than they say. I usually up the D3 when we are into deep winter with little sunlight.

^^ This is what we did. We did telemed appt and got rx for IVM and HCQ. You will have to find a pharmacy first but those are listed on FLCCC web site too.

Only worry about what you can control!
Taking too much Vitamin D can cause serious issues. Do some research before you start taking a weekly dose everyday. Calcium can build up in your veins, damage to your liver and in older women more falls and fractures. No sense living through the Covid cold just to find out you have irreversible damage from high Vitamin D dosing.

Taking vitamin k2with vitamin d3 will stop the calcium being deposited in your veins.

That is why the aggressive dosing depends upon the blood levels of vitamin D.
Very, very few people have high enough vitamin D levels that the second table dosing would cause problems.

WHY would you call ADC?! Just order the stuff on their website! I don't fill out anything except the smoking and allergy info... no medical info or doctor's name. THEY DON'T CARE!

Hypercalcemia is pretty rare and you would have to take a lot of D3 to get there. The RDA is 600 to 800 iu daily and the recommended maximum dose is 4000iu daily. And the government recommendations are always very conservative or not nearly enough. I have taken a baseline of 5000iu daily for years with no complications and that was before covid came knocking. I don’t supplement D3 during the warm months as I get plenty of sun. D3 supplementation drastically reduces sick days during the winter months.

At what level of loading dose D would it be necessary to work K into the formula? Could I just take the 5000D and 180 K I am looking at starting, but take several at a time?

K2 - not regular 'K'. There is a dosing ratio of D3 to K2 that is ideal - discussed somewhere on this board, and also elsewhere.

The OTHER important piece of necessary information - average D3 blood concentrations recommended for maintaining general health and anti-COVID protection - this 'D' blood concentration test can be requested/determined at the time that one would have a standard blood chemistry test - just need to hit that checkbox. THAT resulting 'D' blood level metric can then be compared against the various available charts of recommended 'D' blood level measurements.

I had quite a scare this week when I received my lab results. My vit D level was something like 149!!! I talked to the doc about it and she told me not to worry and my kidney function was perfect. However I stopped taking the D3 for now. I'd been taking an extra pill but the naturopath I'd seen had put me on a multi vitamin also, plus because of my lack of appetite and severe weight loss I'm drinking those Boost shakes which also have vitamins. So be very careful and note other sources of D3 that you may not be thinking about. The doc told me to only take it every two weeks for now.

FYI. I posted elsewhere. I did the frontline doctor thing thru website recently. . The doc reviewed my info and did not prescribe ivermectin even tho it was listed and requested. i did the same process over a year ago and received ivermectin ..so something changed. Just an fyi. I used my stash when I had Covid.

Diet plays an important part as well. Hard cheeses, chicken, butter and egg yolks are a good source of vitamin K2 so if you already eat a lot of these normally it may be enough so you don’t require extra K2 to offset the D3.

More interesting stuff.
