Earth Chgs Underwater Volcano outside LA?

This morning while driving to work my earthquake alert app fires off an alert which only happens if the magnitude is big or proximity is very close. Arrive at work fire up the maps and nothing is registered. Go to the YT seismograph live feed and there it is. User reports are coming in that many absolutely felt the jolt. Something did happen but USGS, ESMC, and CalTech are not reporting anything.

Now this was reported and considering the Tong eruption........what if?

there are volcanoes all over the pacific ocean and there are plenty off of the coast of Cali, Oregon, and Washington. The ring of fire is waking up, hard telling what's going to erupt next.

There has been a lot of volcanic activity over the last year or so. They do seem to be getting more intense and attention.
