Basically, the Fed is BUYING THE WORLD on OUR credit card! THEY get the assets, we get the debt.

A few years ago they redefined Federal Reserve assets to include losses. As I understand it, with the new definition it's now impossible for the Federal Reserve to ever actually post a loss.
