If you've got some leftover prep stuff that includes hot chocolate mix - you can make chocolate pudding really easy with it. Just add some cornstarch & milk (we use powdered, but fresh is fine too). Bring to a complete boil while stirring *constantly*....pour into dessert dishes and fight over who scrapes the pot.
Don't have a 'recipe' yet - which means that it comes out a 'little' different every time, but it really is yummy.
