IMO, Gabbard has the ability to exercise free will and distance herself from the Empire of Lies, but I dunno. About two+ years ago, she appeared to have "received a tap on the shoulder" and went mostly silent or gave the appearance of being a moderate. She desperately needs to show more independence and a desire to walk a higher path. Until she does this, her real motivations are suspect and while she speaks well, and says the right things, I wouldn't trust her one inch.
