okay, the last time I checked the Senate was 48 to 48, so it is now 49 to 48 with 3 open Senate races?
Not until the Electors meet in mid-December (after each state's Secretary of State certifies their state's vote) and cast their sealed ballots, which won't be opened until the Senate opens them in session later in December.
Anything said previous to that is unofficial, only conjecture and subject to change via legal action & mandated recounts. But absolutely nothing is official until each SoS certifies the vote for that state.

Alaska was won on November 3rd, and it is simply Deep State garbage that has kept it uncalled. They called Arizona within seconds, and a week later no call on Alaska? Mark Levin has been hammering on this for about 3 days now but it's worth taking a look for oneself about what he's telling us regarding the sections of the US Constitution which lay out the path for the circumstance in which we find ourselves. And I'm not a lawyer anyway, but I play one around the farm here when nobody is listening.

Absolutely nothing will be officially confirmed until mid-December at the earliest. That could be drug out past the intended Inauguration Day and there's even a process for that eventuality if that happens.
