Trump Pledge Void Due To Wrong Date

Mr. Trump has forgotten more real estate law than I have learned.
He, Mr. Trump, knows damned well that dates mean things in contracts or agreements or pledges. Date signed, with time and time zone.
He put the wrong date on, in my opinion, to really screw up the GOPe.
They will need a new pledge, maybe next week..If Mr.Trump chooses to sign again.

There are reports that the 'pledge' was dated 8-3-2015, a manifestly incorrect date.
In my humble opinion, anyone who does not read any of Mr. Trumps documents very closely is a fool.
And I support Mr. Trump.

In some documents, the date or other info could be a 'moot point'. IOW, does not invalidate the document.

I follow him on Instagram and he posted a picture of it. The date on it is 9-3-15, which is today.

If the incorrect date is an issue for some reason, the RNC can always send the original back to Trump, have him strike the incorrect date, enter the new date by hand, then initial the correction. Return one original, retain one original for The Donald's records.

Done. Nothing else needed.

I'm not sure a date of August 3, 2015, invalidates this document anyway. August 3 may have been an effective date, not necessarily an execution date. The RNC may have asked for an effective date of August 3, 2015, for whatever reason. But even if the August 3 date is incorrect, fixing it is no problem.

The pledge in the video is alleged to have had the wrong date.
They may have cleaned it up.

Does it really matter? Honestly....if he eventually thumbs his nose at the GOP what the hell are they going to do about it? Take away his birthday? Sue him, yeah that would only take FOREVER! That paper isn't worth the ink that's written on it. It means absolutely SQUAT DIDDILY! There may be several different versions of the pledge floating around.

An audience member at his press conference pointed the incorrect date out to him. You can see him look at the date and he stated that somebody else wrote it and they'll change it. With so many people out to get him, if he were trying to pull a fast one, I doubt he would have held the document up for the entire viewing audience to see.
