For far too long, Radical Climate Activists attempted to hold our Great Country hostage by drastically and unreasonably expanding the intended scope of the Endangered Species Act.

This was complete and total regulatory overreach by unelected bureaucrats!

They treated Americans very unfairly by stifling the production of important resources like Oil, Natural Gas, and Timber, and blocking the construction of family homes and critical Infrastructure.

Even our Military couldn’t train on land that was deemed “off limits” to protect a little rodent!

Now my Administration has returned the Endangered Species Act to how it was intended to be, just as the Great Justice Antonin Scalia has explained in previous cases.

While responsibly protecting our beautiful Country, the United States of America is going to BUILD again.

Good news. Maybe now we, the general public, will get more info on how certain rodents become endangered, somehow make the list, and then how later a study shows that said rodent was not all that endangered.

The Mazama Pocket Gopher made that list and has remained on that list even after county and state endangered animal departments have concluded said rodent is not at all endangered and have no idea how it came to be on the endangered list at the federal level. In fact, that particular gopher seems to thrive in the JBLM artillery impact area. Go figure. Apparently it likes being blown up. Or the soil is easier to dig through now that it's been churned up by the power of freedom.
