President Donald Trump said on Sunday that it might be difficult to get his election fraud allegations heard before the U.S. Supreme Court, expressing doubt about his legal strategy as his hopes of overturning the Nov. 3 election dwindle.

"The problem is it's hard to get it to the Supreme Court," Trump said in a telephone interview with Fox News. "I’ve got the best Supreme Court advocates, lawyers that want to argue the case if it gets there."

Trump said he would still continue to fight the results of election, which was won by Democratic President-elect Joe Biden. "My mind will not change in six months," Trump told Fox News.

In his first full interview since the November election, the president slammed judges' decisions on his legal challenges to the 2020 election's results.

"We’re not allowed to put in our proof. They say you don’t have standing," Trump told "Sunday Morning Futures." "I would like to file one nice big beautiful lawsuit, talking about this and many other things, with tremendous proof. We have affidavits, we have hundreds and hundreds of affidavits.

"You mean as president of the United States, I don't have standing? What kind of a court system is this?" Trump told host Maria Bartiromo.

Trump refuses to concede the 2020 election. Meanwhile, his rival, former Vice President Joe Biden, is announcing Cabinet members and plans for when he takes office in January. On Friday, Trump claimed Biden must prove that the votes he received in the election were not “illegally obtained” in order to enter the White House.

There have also been weeks of legal challenges from the Trump campaign in battleground states like Pennsylvania alleging voter fraud.
"We're trying to put the evidence in, and the judges won't allow us to do it," Trump said. "We have so much evidence. You probably saw Wednesday last week we had a hearing in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. … Unbelievable witnesses, highly-respected people, that were truly aggrieved."

Biden crossed the 80 million-vote threshold on Friday with ballots still being counted, giving the former vice president a lead of more than 6 million votes.

Case after case has been rejected by judges around the country. The latest rebuff came from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which on Saturday turned down a lawsuit filed by Trump supporters seeking to contest Biden's win in the state.

Trump also complained that the Department of Justice and FBI were not helping him.
They are "missing in action," he said.

Trump’s legal team has shrugged off legal failures by saying it’s all part of a march to the Supreme Court. The court has a 6-3 conservative majority and three justices appointed by Trump -- the latest, Amy Coney Barrett, was confirmed by the Senate just weeks ago.

But Trump has been pummeled in the lower courts, in part because his campaign’s lawsuits haven’t backed up his out-of-court claims of widespread fraud.

One of Trump’s legal advisers, Jenna Ellis, said as recently as Friday that they were headed to the top court after their latest setback in Pennsylvania.

Trump also lashed out Sunday at various political enemies, including Georgia’s top two elections officials, both Republicans -- Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and Governor Brian Kemp. The two men have certified Trump’s defeat in the state. “I’m ashamed that I endorsed him,” Trump said of Kemp.

Trump also endorsed Raffensperger in 2018 as someone who would be “a fantastic secretary of state.” On Thursday, the president called the Republican an “enemy of the people.”

As I have said, you cannot stop lawlessness via civil means. This was a velvet coup, and the proponents and orchestrators of it - have told us what they plan to do.

So, with history as hindsight - and if you are a Jew in 1940 Nazi Germany and you know what they are planning to do to you and yours... what do you do?

Will you 'get on the trains for work going East' because it's the law"?

Do you flee?

Do you refuse to comply and resist - which gives them the excuse to do what they are going to do anyway?

There is no saving us from where we have been taken. The demographics themselves and the numbers of people among us that hate our very existence make a bloodbath a certainty.

I told a friend of mine the day after election night that we are all hanging by a thread. m

My main prayer at this point is for everything to be exposed and shouted from the rooftops, even if the outcome is not something that can be changed I want everyone to know whether they are for or against biden everything that has been happening in secret, not just with regards to the election, but all the dirty laundry from the last several decades.

We are witnessing the true power of lawlessness and corruption in every organ of government, just like the thread about a conversation with a lib "friend" that didn't care about biden molesting people in public, you have officials that embrace evil and are willing to abuse their power to make sure evil has a green light for its agenda no matter if it's legal for them to do or not. As it turns out authority and the title of office means much more than the letter of the law, particularly when you know that the enforcement wing of the government will wink and look the other way.

You should have invoked the Insurrection Act when you had the chance - and told the Refusnik Generals and Joint Chiefs that you would deputize the people to uphold it if they refused to do so.

A proper and judicious hearing by SCOTUS is the only thing that can possibly restore/maintain the faith of We the People in a fair election process and in the rule of law. Without these things, anarchy will prevail.

Unfortunately, the Communists have made it clear that it is either 'their mostly peaceful revolution by cheating' or its 'their mostly violent revolution by war'.

Either way, Martial Law and/or Civil Warfare lies dead ahead.

Sorry, but no - we are far gone past that point.

Even if SCOTUS does hear any of these cases and rules in Trump's favor - number one, half the population will never accept it regardless. So, no matter what happens at this point - the rule of law is dead. We are no longer going to accept anyone in office but our own. That is simple fact.

Secondly, the other fact remains that institutionalized corruption and fraud now occupies local and state elections. No one is ever going to trust them against excepting the Communists who have rigged it to ensure their power in perpetuity. Asa result - few to any of us Deplorables are going to participate in future 'elections', knowing they are pointless - which delights the Communists because they will not have to work as hard to rig elections to ensure they get to do what they want with impunity and under the color of 'law'.

We are already slaves and dead men walking. Liberty is already gone - and we simply do not realize it yet.

But we are about to.

In the most horrific manners possible.

Problem is, no one here is any more "in the fight" than someone who roots for their favorite sportsball team. I would agree with your sentiment if we were able to affect an outcome, directly. But, all we can do is watch from the sidelines while "our team" ( GOP ) sits on the bench twiddling their thumbs.

I will never vote, again. It's all a big joke and conservatives are the punchline.

Horror, for all. Retribution will be pursued. Against us, against them. USA removed from the world stage. A bit melodramatic? Perhaps, but quite possible. Remember that many of us have been saying this election was for all the marbles. The deep state left/RINO is all in. They are not going to let us retreat quietly to our mountain redoubts. No wonder my dreams are nightmares these days.

The remedy to prevent where we have arrived was roundly rejected by this people and culture.

Quite a way to solve the question of "when is the Rapture"? Never. Because most everyone will already be dead.

And He pleaded with us for decades and we ridiculed and ignored His messengers. We charged them with being intolerant and tyrants seeking to impose a Christian taliban - and we shrunk in fear of the labels and never took a stand when the cost was minimal.

And so now Proverbs Chapter 1:24-32 is being revisited upon us and the cost will be more than we can bear.

Deservedly so.

I disagree slightly in that if Trump steps aside without a fight, and then on Jan 20th, 2021, the people have to essentially shutdown the inauguration of Joe Biden. If a million people are unable to muster and do that (Wearing BLM and Antifa gear if need be, carrying American Flags and Trump Flags, Gadsden Flags, etc.). They need to be noisy and disrupt the proceedings where they can't continue and they are held in secret somewhere like most of Joe Biden's campaign. The world needs to be shown this will not stand.

If the people are unable to do it then, I will be willing to say "Every man for himself" as you are essentially saying.
