FOOD Truffle oil for Christmas

I know it works on pizza, I've tried it in cornbread, and that worked too. It's black truffle oil, Brand name is TRUFF. What else would it work with?

I know this thread belongs in Grannies Kitchen but hope the mods will leave it here for a bit for exposure.

I buy melinda black truffle hotsauce from. Walmart for FIVE BUCKS! 2/5 on hotness scaled 10/10 for fla vor. Goes great on boiled eggs, and chicken, fried or rotisserie!

Give a smell and taste, if it's not rancid...good to go.

I keep all my oils in the fridge.

Fried snapper, dorado and ling for Christmas dinner yesterday. Used peanut oil that was at least 2 years old.

Had been in the fridge, perfectly OK.

The mahi was 5+ years old, packed wet. Still good.
