Side commentary from an old F-4 pilot-

The United States and our pet companions in NATO are engaged in a somewhat radical experiment in social justice as the world stands on the verge of entering World War III. Ukrainian forces have positioned themselves on the borders of the Donbass breakaway republics determined to end that trial of real democracy.

The Western mainstream media continues to insist Russia invaded eastern Ukraine, however, it would be more accurate to suggest that when a vast percentage of the voters chose to return to Russian sovereignty that it was less of an invasion than just running away from the total political and economic corruption of Ukraine. In any case, with the full support of the US and NATO, a non-NATO country has been approved to start World War III.

It’s going to be an interesting war. Any pregnant American pilots have been given the latest spring collection of flight suits custom tailored for their changing bodies. Male US pilots are mulling over the latest government benefit where the Federal government will pay to have their balls and dick cut off, all at no cost to the pilot.

As a former F-4B pilot in Vietnam I can assure you that few of the guys I flew with would be signing up for that program. We considered balls an important part of our mandatory equipment. As far as having a dick, how do you sign your name in the snow without the proper tool?

The Russians are so old-school boring and have been caught sighting in their rifles as if combat is some part of modern warfare. That’s so yesterday.

It is going to be a short but interesting war. Meanwhile the MSM has the attention of the American public firmly focused on Biden’s first Soviet Style Show Trial currently underway in Minneapolis and has totally ignored the military buildup by Ukraine, Russia, the US and NATO. What could possibly go wrong?

Russian investigators are probing the death of a five-year-old child allegedly killed by Ukrainian government forces, Moscow announced on Monday, as tensions mount in Ukraine’s conflict-stricken east.
The Russian Investigative Committee, which inspects major crimes, said the Ukrainian army had breached a ceasefire deal on Friday and attacked civilian infrastructure in Oleksandrivske using heavy armament and drones.

Is War Between Russia And Ukraine Now Inevitable?

Via Southfront.org,
The situation in Eastern Ukraine is critical. Russia and Ukraine are on the brink of an open armed conflict. In this context, many military experts suggest their opinions and forecasts on the military developments in the region. The position of famous warlord Igor Strelkov is definitely one that deserves special attention.

Igor Streikov
He became popular during the so-called Crimean Spring in 2014. Strelkov took part in the process of the Crimean unification with Russia, after which in Eastern Ukraine, he was one of the first who organized an open resistance to the nationalist forces that had earlier staged a coup in Kiev. During his military activity, he became more and more critical of Kremlin’s factual position. According to his later statements, the situation in Donbass remains close to disastrous due to the policy of the definite part of the Russian elite. Asserting his views, Strelkov even got in conflict with the Russian President’s adviser at that time Vladislav Surkov. As a result, Strelkov was forced to leave Eastern Ukraine and lost the opportunity to influence in the situation in the region.

In ideology, Strelkov’s vision may be characterized in terms that today become known as “Orthodox socialism.” This concept is based on justice, conciliarity, national unity and social responsibility.

Strelkov is widely known as a strong supporter of the so-called “Russian world” concept. This term despite the using of the word “Russian” has nothing to do with nationalism or a hurrah-patriotic adherence to the ideas of monarchism.
“The Russian world (Pax Rossica) is the social totality associated with Russian culture. Russkiy Mir is the core culture of Russia and is in interaction with the diverse cultures of Russia through traditions, history and the Russian language. It comprises also the Russian diaspora with its influence in the world. The concept is based on the notion of “Russianness”, and both have been considered ambiguous. The Russian world and awareness of it arose through Russian history and was shaped by the respective period.
The term received a new sound in the 21st century against the background of the restoration of the foreign policy influence of the Russian state, on the one hand, and the intensifying attacks on Russian culture and the Russian language in the former Soviet republics, on the other.
Today the “Russian world” is often indicated as a threat in speeches of Moscow’s geopolitical rivals, justifying the need to contain Russia.”
In the politic field, Strelkov is a supporter of the authoritarian strong Russian state, where social life is based on the principles indicated above.
In military terms, during the hostilities in 2014-2015 and to the present, he claimed that the only chance to ensure peace in Eastern Ukraine was a full participation of the Russian army and taking control of the Ukrainian territory at least to the Dnieper River.

Thus, Igor Strelkov is a rather controversial person. However, he is one of the few alive warlords of the 2014-2015 period, who deeply knows the situation inside the region, simultaneously being a dogged critic of Kremlin policy. His analysis is very valuable for predicting the situation and simulation of possible developments.
“At the end of the day:
1. The war between Russia and Ukraine is inevitable, but at the moment (in April), it is very likely;
2. For Russia and the Russian People, war “now” is preferable to war later;
3. The USA now will not fight for Ukraine with 99% probability;
4. Comments were disabled, I will not answer clarifying questions in private messages.” – Strelkov wrote in Telegram and Vkontakte.
On April 4, he published a post on his Telegram channel reflecting his opinion on the current situation in Eastern Ukraine. There were 3 main ideas:
The first one was that the war between Russia and Ukraine is inevitable, but at the moment (in April), it is very likely.
Many military experts agree with his opinion about state of affairs in the region.

The development of the current political situation in Russia, whatever directions it would move in, sooner or later will lead to an armed conflict with Ukraine. No matter which side would instigate the conflict. If the power remains in the hands of the so-called “Putin’s team”, the conflict will develop according to the current scenario and, as a result, most likely it will dissolve into armed one in short or mid terms. Even in case of radical changes in Russia and the coming to power of pro-Western opposition, the escalation would not be avoided. The Ukrainian military thought is based on the core ideas of deoccupation of the Eastern regions and taking control, in its further advance, over a good part of Russian territory. For example, it is referring to the Rostov, Krasnodar and even Volgograd regions. Thus, the weakening of Russia as a result of internal political turmoils may lead to the decision of the current Ukrainian leadership to start a major military operation in the regions with strategic goal to give checkmate to the Russian Federation.

Secondly, for Russia and the Russian People, war “now” is preferable to war later.
Igor Strelkov adheres to this position throughout the entire conflict in Ukraine. The longer the conflict drags on, the more the nationalist regime that came to power in Ukraine strengthens. At the same time in Russia, the so-called “Crimean effect”, i.e. social excitement, build-up caused by Russian geopolitical successes in 2014-2016, is weakening. In previous years, this phenomenon contributed to increase the level of support for the Putin’s government.

Today, when the conflict in Eastern Ukraine has been persisting for 7 years, any attempts to settle it peacefully are ineffective. Considering the complicated political situation in Russia, there are no signs that the current government has found a recipe to prevent further internal deterioration. Thus, the longer the hot phase of the conflict would be postponed, the worse the conditions of the Russian side would be.

In its turn, the hot phase of the conflict in Eastern Ukraine may become a kind of medicine necessary for Moscow that would be used as an internal unifying factor.

Thirdly, the USA now will not fight for Ukraine with 99% probability.

Firstly, one should take into account the current domestic political situation in the United States, where a transitional period with the new government is taking place. A participation in a military conflict is possible only if there are threats to a key ally of the Americans, which Ukraine is not.

Secondly, the global foreign policy situation is not favorable for the deployment of US forces far beyond the country’s borders. The Biden administration must first of all confront the growing global influence of China, which is also likely to be indirectly involved in the military conflict in Ukraine, for example, through financial support. On April 2, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov received Zhang Hanhui, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Russian Federation. The exact topics that were discussed during the negotiations were not unveiled, but it is not difficult to assume that the military escalation in the Donbass region became part of the talks.

At the same time, the position of the United States in the Middle East is not stable. The Biden administration is actively working to regulate the relations with key partners in the region, developing its position on the main issues, including the Iranian nuclear deal, the Syrian crisis, the situation in Iraq, etc.

At the moment, Washington has a number of problems of paramount importance for maintaining its global influence, which does not allow it to openly intervene in the approaching war in Ukraine. However, in the near future, in a year or more, the Biden administration will strengthen US positions in key regions. Nothing will be able to contain it.

Zelensky is getting desperate. Who or what ever pushed, prodded, poked him into this troop build up etc. has put Ukraine into a no win situation. A crime against humanity.
I am thinking that the taking back of Motor Sich from China was part of a larger deal.

JUST IN - Ukraine urges NATO to send "real signal" to Russia with a membership plan. Kremlin warns of escalation if Ukraine joins NATO.

When the Soviet Union ended in 1990, one of the largest parts of the
agreement with the ZUSA and NATO, was that The Ukraine was never
to become a member of NATO.

ZUSA and NATO have broken every part of that agreement.

The current problems in The Ukraine that started in 2014,
are the fault of the ZUSA and NATO, not Russia, or the Russians
that live in Crimea and Donbass.

IMHO, Russia has every right to light them up, light them up.

Amazing ain't it. Since 1945, the ZUSA was in the right in its dealings
with the Soviet Union, and the fight against communism.

Now, the communists are in the ZUSA, and it's Russia that is
in the right in its fight, against the ZUSA and NATO.

It's a bad time now. We have dumbarses in control of the ZUSA and NATO,
and they are marching towards a war, that could very well go nuclear.

I no longer pray for the ZUSA, but I do pray for the new Russia,
and for the White people in South Africa, and for the peace of
The City of Jerusalem.

Please be safe everyone. AVOID THE GROID, PLEASE.

Regards to all.

Why Is the Biden Administration Pushing Ukraine To Attack Russia? - LewRockwell

Why is the Biden Administration Pushing Ukraine to Attack Russia?
By Ron Paul, MD
Ron Paul Institute
April 6, 2021

On March 24th, Ukraine’s President Vladimir Zelensky signed what was essentially a declaration of war on Russia. In the document, titled Presidential Decree No. 117/2021, the US-backed Ukrainian leader declared that it is the official policy of Ukraine to take back Crimea from Russia.

The declaration that Ukraine would take back Crimea from Russia also followed, and was perhaps instigated by, President Biden’s inflammatory and foolish statement that “Crimea is Ukraine.”

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who was a chief architect of the US-backed coup against Ukraine in 2014, continued egging on the Ukrainians, promising full US support for the “territorial integrity” of Ukraine. Many Americans wonder why they are not even half as concerned about the territorial integrity of the United States!

Not to be outdone, at the beginning of this month US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin – who previously served on the board of missile-maker Raytheon – called his counterpart in Ukraine and promised “unwavering US support for Ukraine’s sovereignty.” As the US considers Crimea to be Ukrainian territory, this is clearly a clear green light for Kiev to take military action.

Washington is also sending in weapons. Some 300 tons of new weapons have arrived in the past weeks and more is on the way.
As could be expected, Moscow has responded to Zelensky’s decree and to the increasingly bellicose rhetoric in Kiev and Washington by re-positioning troops and other military assets closer to its border with Ukraine. Does anyone doubt that if the US were in the same situation – for example, if China installed a hostile and aggressive government in Mexico – the Pentagon might move troops in a similar manner?

But according to the media branch of the US military-industrial-Congressional-media complex, Russian troop movements are not a response to clear threats from a neighbor, but instead are just more “Russian aggression.”

The unhinged US “experts” behind the 2014 coup against the elected Ukrainian president are back in power and they are determined to finish the job – even if it means World War III! The explicit US backing of Ukraine’s military ambitions in the region are a blank check to Kiev.

But it is a check that Kiev would be wise to avoid cashing. Back in 1956 the US government pumped endless propaganda into Hungary promising military backing for an uprising against its Soviet occupiers. When the Hungarians, believing Washington’s lies, did rise up they found themselves all alone and facing Soviet retaliation.

Despite the cruel US propaganda, at least Eisenhower was wise enough to realize that no one would benefit from a nuclear war over Budapest.

Why is it any of our business whether Crimea is part of Ukraine or part of Russia? Why is it any of our business if the Russian-speaking population of eastern Ukraine prefer being aligned with Russia?

Why, for that matter, are unproven allegations of Russian meddling in our elections a violation of the “rules-based international order” but an actual US-backed coup against an elected Ukrainian government is not?

We are seeing foreign policy made by Raytheon and the other US military contractors, through cut-outs in government like Austin and others. Feckless US foreign policy “experts” believe their own propaganda about Russia and are on the verge of taking us to war over it.

It seems as if Americans are sleepwalking through this dangerous minefield. Let us hope they soon wake up before we’re all blown up.

Barest minimum that possibly put the breaks on this mess is a ceasefire that included guarantees on the continued supply of fresh water to the Crimean peninsula. If that doesn't happen, this mess could take off in numerous ways, none of which are good for anyone, including those who think they'll benefit from the chaos. It may be a ladder, but assuming it always allows for a rise in station is a fool's bet.

Excellent commentary by Dr. Ron Paul.

The ZUSA is the most two-faced nation to have ever existed,
and it is fully on display, since November 3rd 2020.

Waiting for the first F-35 to be shot down by a S-400.

Please be safe everyone. AVOID THE GROID, PLEASE.

I have to wonder what secure messages or conversations between US, Nato and Ukraine have been heard by the Russians.

The Russians are preparing for a war.

Although the narrative is and will be "Russian aggression", the Russians seem to know that the Ukrainian dog has been told to sic 'em.

Then when the Russians push back, US/Nato think they can destroy the Russians militarily and get rid of that evil Putin, who refuses to sell his country out to the globalist cabal.

Now with Beijing-Biden installed, war between the West and Russia can move forward, and China's major rivals will be weakened or destroyed.

If this goes hot and Beijing decides to get greedy, the options immediately available shrink real fast and make the escalation curve in the European Theater look gentile. It also opens the door for an awful lot of changes in policy positions amongst everyone in the region. One example being that Japan can easily crank out two dozen mobile IRBMs within 6 months, never mind Tomahawk LACM equivalents and what they'd likely load them with....

NATO/EU won't be happy till St. Petersburg is the Eastern boundary.

There are plenty of political hacks on both sides of the Atlantic who may be harboring such fever dreams, but the tools they'd need to pull it off have been lacking for quite a while in terms of being near instantly on tap.
