Do we really need to ask why there is so much obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and on and on, in this country? Or why the motorized grocery carts are used by people who weigh over 300#, filling the baskets with snack, soda, ice cream, donuts?

Errr...No, thank you! I don't know if it's because I'm "elderly" or what, but I just had a bowl of chicken stew for supper, and fed the chicken pieces to the pups. I just can't enjoy meats anymore - because of the texture, or I don't know what. I'll still chow down on a nice med-rare ribeye or NY Strip, or a bowl of shrimp fried rice, or a nicely seasoned slab of salmon. But spare me the the chicken and pork and most beef! Canned tuna as well.

Arby's has a "secret menu" ( not sure if they still do that? ). This sandwich has been on it for years.

Done right, grouper is among the best eating fish available IMO. We used to specialize in (fishing for and cooking) black sea bass, which is a small cousin of the grouper. Yum!

Then my wife isn't average. She can scarf down one of their Big Montana roast beef sandwiches in mere minutes. To her it's a snack. This meat mountain wouldn't be a stretch for her.

I have never liked Arby's.

Their food tastes like it is not "real">>>>>the last time I ate there, the cheese on the sandwich tasted like it was plastic and had enough salt in it to kill 27 people and preserve them for 2,000 years!!

But what the heck. I refuse to eat any "processed" cheese(????) anyway>>>it all tastes like plastic!
