I have a blogger account ( and a blog) and it comes with a dashboard that you can add the address of others on blogger. when they post on their blog it shows up on your dashboard and you can go right to the newest posts

The GOAL is that folks understand what they are clicking on before clicking.
If it's a video or such, some synopsis is needed.
If it's a site, some idea of what they are doing there so people can INTELLIGENTLY click or not.
