Dr. Domb says to mix half a teaspoon of the 10% Povidone Iodine solution with a 44-mL spray bottle of saline nasal spray and shake it up.
You would think that the good Dr. would want to use proper measurements. Half a teaspoon is not a very good or accurate measurement. Teaspoons vary in volume. It would be better to use the same units of measure as the saline solution, IE X ml of iodine mixed with 44 ml of saline solution. Picky, picky, but it matters.
I make coffee more accurately than the Dr makes the iodine solution. 47g of coffee to 700ml of water. I really like for things to be exact.

Perhaps he was referring to measuring spoons, as used in cooking vs a silverware pattern “teaspoon”. I’ve found measuring spoons to be accurate and of like volume.
Probably, but it's still weird... mixing measurements like that. For reference, half a teaspoon is 2.5cc...

Yep. I just checked my highly polished, triple calibrated, limited edition stainless steel measuring spoons, and imprinted on one of them was "1/2 tsp, 2.5ml", so that's what I'm going to use.

I have zinc but keep forgetting to take it cause i hate swallowing pills so i subconsciously sabatage myself. I did though take one 50 zinc last wk and i slept better. Could be just a coincidence.
