I went back to college, in fall 2003 to May 2008. I worked three part time jobs on campus, and was taking 20 credit hour semesters.

One of those jobs was for Wyoming PBS. I worked Master Control for the graveyard shift Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, recording shows down from satellite, to tape (or more often) to the servers.

One of those shows recorded to servers in the wee morning hours, was Tucker’s Sunday show. I’d watch it while recording, and found it interesting, but nowhere near Rush’s polished show format. He was on PBS from 2004 to 2005.

It is sad to see how far he’s fallen, and how off track he’s become…almost to the point absolutely useless.

I remember watching that interview too. However, I recalled Tucker's response differently. I just looked it up to check on that and found this...

No, Tucker Carlson did not admit to being in the CIA during his interview with Vladimir Putin. Instead, Putin teased Carlson about his past unsuccessful attempt to join the agency, stating, "The organization you wanted to join back in the day, as I understand," and saying it was fortunate the CIA did not admit him.

The guy is a flaming hypocrite. Says no religion should be called out (didn't use those words but essentially that was the bottom line) yet all through this show he frequently criticized those of the Christian faith ... "sleezy Southern Baptist", twisted the blessing that Trump was given by several Christian pastors, blah blah, etc.

He also criticized people for not questioning Trump not placing his hand on a Bible. Then admitted he didn't either BUT ...

Several other places in this particular show where he twisted things or completely ignored his own behavior and previous statements.

I think it is time for Tucker to take the log out of his own eye and check his divinity credentials because he spouts fallacies on a regular basis.

In his latest rant on his most recent podcast episode, @TuckerCarlson said President Trump is going to use nuclear weapons to kill the entire country of Iran and murder 92 million Iranians.

Does everyone finally believe me? I told you all last year Tucker is an agent for Islam and a mouthpiece for the Iranian regime and Qatar. He’s also a major Trump hater, and he always has been.

Tucker is a major liability to all of his “friends”.

Especially his friends with political aspirations in America. They would be wise to cut Tucker off.

My take on Tucker Carlson for the last year has been that he sounds like a newly converted Christian who goes off the rails. A lot of his statements are more about evoking emotion rather than a thoughtful analysis.

That said, his last podcast is worth listening to. He is describing how corruption is and has been manifesting itself in the Church because of the tax laws of 1913.

I'm only about half way through but the analysis is spot on. When I attended a church and served as a member of the governing board, mainline Presbyterian. The minister has no say in the budget but apparently that is not the case in many churches. That the Presbyterians have gone crazy with woke is more a function of conservative members giving up and leaving.

Well worth listening to.

ETA- The more I listen to this the more I think that non-profits should not be tax-exempt.
