It definitely does sound like that. At a minimum it is the political equivalent of racial "red lining". The case law is there, but since the courts are going "two tier" it will be a long slog....

I have no idea where we're headed but I've heard the same chatter from various sources and all I can do is prepare myself, my family and anyone who is of like mind because the bottom line is that this country is NOT the same country it was on January 5th, today is obviously NOT the same reality as it was prior to the great First Amendment Purge of conservative voices, and tomorrow is gonna suck even more.

Every nefarious act in the evil playbook of the cabal of communists is available and who knows what is coming next. It's beyond the ability of millions of us to control their dishonorable intentions but look what they've accomplished so far.

They spied on a President. They impeached him without cause after their initial coup attempt, Russiagate, failed. They've made it clear and obvious that there truly is a two-tiered JustUS system. Then, they doubled down and tried another coup...they stole an election.

This isn't going to go smoothly. It isn't going to be without pain. In fact, if this entire EAS system/"military op" thing is just smoke and mirrors, then we should get mentally prepared for this to get a whole LOT worse.

My family and I have already started plans to move out of California. In fact, I'm pretty sure California was the live test for the "steal" before it went national.

There are many on YouTube and Rumble who claim contacts in mil, or DC, have given them similar information about the coming EAS message. Coincidentally, the FCC issued a reminder to broadcast media that they must adhere to their legal commitment to carry any EAS message.

If it does come, it's a brilliant strategy. It'll be carried over the airways on every channel, radio and television, and every mobile device.

That they have already proven by their actions "the law" is two tiered places their interpretation in the same category as the edicts put forth by an occupying power. The confusion comes from the fluidity of that tier structure's application at the moment.

All of these events, involving POS Africans will change when
the new Civil Rights Act 2, which is being worked on even now,
is enacted into federal law.

It will change how the POS Africans, are dealt with by LEO.

Most major metro areas will have 100% African LEO.
Non-African LEO, will not have any interactions with POS African criminals.

Most laws will be rewritten, all crimes will be downgraded,
some crimes today, will cease to exist for Africans with Civil Rights Act 2.

Remember, POS Africans are controlled by The Stone Age Tribal Jungle Culture,
which is totally anathema, with European cultures and laws.

You can blame the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which made the POS Africans
a protected class race. Previously the POS Africans were controlled
by the good Blacks, however those controls have been removed.

Already you are seeing, some of what will be in Civil Rights Act 2,
with the changes in the bail laws, in several of the communist states.
Those bail laws will become federal law.

All of the events from the past year, involving POS Africans not
responding to proper commands from LEO, would not have occurred
if Civil Rights Act 2 had been the law. No Minneapolis, no Kenosha,
and all of the other major metro areas, there would have been
no Pittsburgh, no Baltimore, and definitely no Ferguson.

It will be a 2 tiered criminal justice system. A criminal justice system
for Whites and Asians, and a criminal justice system for people of colour,
especially the POS Africans.

Remember by 2030, the ZUSA is to be the next South Africa.

Best thing for Whites is what has always been the best thing for Whites,
regarding the POS African race.

AVOID THE GROID

Please be safe everyone.

Regards to all.

The answer is not so simple as the World Socialist Website suggests: “The aims of the Black Lives Matter movement are aligned with those of Wall Street and the US government.” Nor is the answer that BLM/Antifa have merely ‘sold out’ to capitalists. Nor is the donor class making a mistake, or merely interested in racial equality. The answer is that the corporate and billionaire elites prefer a kind of socialism—namely, ‘corporate socialism.’

Corporate socialism
And what is corporate socialism? Corporate socialism is not merely government bailouts for corporations. It is a two-tiered system of ‘actually-existing socialism’ on the ground, paralleled by a set of corporate monopolies on top. (‘Actually-existing socialism’ is a pejorative term used mostly by dissidents in socialist countries to refer to what life was really like under socialism, rather than in the perfidious books of Marx and his epigones.)

Wealth for the few, ‘economic equality,’ under reduced conditions, for the many—corporate socialism is a form of neo-feudalism.

~snip~

Leftism encourages unfettered immigration. It encourages gender pluralism and transgenderism and openly calls for the dissolution of the family. It seeks to destroy historical memory, inherited culture, Christianity, and the nation state. It aims at a one-world monopoly of government. And it despises small business and free enterprise.

Thus, leftist politics align perfectly with the globalist interests of monopolistic corporations. And corporate socialists are the beneficiaries of their ‘activism.’

In order to promote the Marxist solution, one has to enlist the aid of "division."

If one doesn't have a division, one makes it up.

Rich/Poor
Blue Collar/White Collar
Black skin/White Skin
Four legs/Two legs.

I made that last one up because I can't vote, but you get the idea.

It's all about creating division where there normally wouldn't be any. With division comes aggrievement. With aggrievement comes compulsion to end it. With compulsion to end it comes loss of freedom of action.

As in harnessing the baser human instincts to create dominance and achieve power.

Marxism is a government ideal founded on evil human instinct.

Yup. Exactly

I half laughed at that with all the feelz if the oppression of the poor bipocs.

What about the poor whites there? To say there are none is a huge lie. It doesn't wash, so they quickly ho to the evil rich people that are keeping all the poor down.

There are just as many a-hole poor people that use, abuse, and crush other poor people as there are people with more money that go that. It isn't a rich / poor thing. It's an a-hole thing.

Just like not all poor people are lazy, good for nothing, scamming, thieving, dishonest, drains on society. Plenty of better offs are the same.

This reminded me- whatever happened to that couple who defended their property with guns in their front yard? I can't even remember where that was but always thought of what happened.
They would be the McCloskeys of St. Louis. I believe they were “pardoned” by the governor, and the prosecutor who charged them was being investigated for politically motivated prosecutions. Might want to go out on the Interwebz and look. I could easily be wrong.

I don’t believe they ever had their guns returned to them. I’m surprised you didn’t pay closer attention.

The case is not over.

On October 6, 2020, a grand jury indicted both of the McCloskeys for exhibiting guns at a protest and tampering with a weapon.[28] Missouri Governor Mike Parson said he would "certainly" pardon the McCloskeys if they are convicted.[29]

On December 11, 2020, Circuit Judge Thomas Clark II disqualified Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner from prosecuting the case against Mark McCloskey, ruling that the Circuit Attorney circulating fundraising emails alluding to the McCloskey case "raises the appearance that she initiated a criminal prosecution for political purposes."[30][31]

On February 24, 2021, U.S. attorney Richard G. Callahan was appointed as a special prosecutor to the case.[32]

Thanks- I couldn't remember their name. There are way too many "incidents" to keep track of every single one.

Sounds like it hasn't gone to trial yet and yes, the governor said he would pardon them if convicted.

Pig's head left at former home of Chauvin defense witness

Pig's head left at former home of Chauvin defense witness

The Associated Press
Created: April 18, 2021 10:36 PM

Vandals left a pig’s head at the one-time California home of a use-of-force expert who testified on behalf of the officer accused of killing George Floyd, police said.

Blood was also smeared on the house in Santa Rosa, north of San Francisco, that once belonged to Barry Brodd, a retired police officer who was on the stand in the Minneapolis murder trial last week, according to a police statement Saturday.

“It appears the suspects in this vandalism were targeting Mr. Brodd for his testimony,” the Santa Rosa Police Department said. “Mr. Brodd has not lived at the residence for a number of years and is no longer a resident of California.”

Officers responding around 3 a.m. Saturday found a severed pig’s head on the front porch and blood on the residence, police said.

“Because Mr. Brodd no longer lives in the city of Santa Rosa, it appears the victim was falsely targeted,” the statement said.

Investigators believe the same vandals also smeared blood on the statue of a large hand in front of nearby Santa Rosa Plaza and left a sign that said “Oink, oink," police said.

No arrests were announced.

Brodd, a former Santa Rosa police officer, testified at the murder trial that he believes Officer Derek Chauvin's restraint of Floyd was in keeping with proper police practice.

In a statement released after Brodd’s testimony, Santa Rosa Police Chief Rainer Navarro distanced himself from his department’s former officer.

“We are aware of former Santa Rosa Police Officer, Barry Brodd, providing testimony in the Derek Chauvin trial,” Navarro’s statement said. “His comments do not reflect the values and beliefs of the Santa Rosa Police Department.

Defense is bringing up Maxine Water's attempt to incite as a reason for a mistrial. Even the judge agrees that her actions were "abhorrent" and that "her opinions don't count for a whole lot". He denied motion for a mistrial but said that Waters pretty much gave him all he needs to an appeal. I pray her loud mouth ends up biting her own ass.

Yup. Eric Nelson (defense) has all kinds of grounds for overturning this mess on appeal, and the Judge concurred that Crazy Maxine gave him a good one. Then the State has to start over from scratch if they choose to prosecute again.

Thought defense gave a pretty good close. Followed the complete time-line. Showed what a problem Floyd was, struggling with the cops. Brought out the cop-talk - how they were conferring among themselves on the situation and Floyd's condition. Also showed that girl from across the street gas station came creeping up behind the cops at a critical point (last few breaths) in their assessing of Floyd's condition and stood in the street next to them probably mouthing off and distracting them.

The prosecution kept hammering on the emotional crappola, which, if I'd been a juror, I'd have taken as insulting to my intelligence and sense of logic. Also, their rebuttal to the defense close was full of insinuation and basically name calling - telling jurors that defense was telling stories and making up evidence. Know IT would have pissed me off as a juror, too.

The jury doxxing has begun....
Owner's Dad was a small child at the time of the Sacco-Vanzetti trials in Massachusetts. Owner's lawyer grandfather was one of the prosecutors for Massachusetts. Sacco and Vanzetti - Wikipedia

Owner tells of his father as a small child being brought to see juror's houses that had been blown up/burned. Owner says these jurors were sequestured and not told of the disaster in their personal lives lest they be "disqualified" as jurors and the trial delayed.

Imagine coming home with a "thank you" from the state attorney general for your juror service and finding your life in a cellar hole!

Interesting that they call it the fentanyl death of George Floyd.
Its all in the wording.

Fentanyl death as opposed to "suffocation by cop" which implies much more.

While difficult to watch, Chauvin's "knee restraint" were it applied to a white human might be construed as "protection against further self harm."

I'm sure (I hope anyway) this possibility was presented as part of the Chauvin defense.

I am going to guess they will come back with a verdict on Wednesday. Maybe Thursday. Possibly Friday. But most likely Wednesday.

One imagines the jury will be encouraged to "bite the carrot" before the weekend. Give a couple of days of "I got to get up in the morning for work" rioting (not serious) and let some of the steam out of local protests before the weekend.

This may be faulty logic. Who in this protest crowd actually works during the week?

Past few weeks, it's mostly been young blacks and young whites. Maybe they don't work, or at least mind staying up late. Welfare, unemployment or college kids. And the crowds have been sorta quiet, milling about - gawkers.

After this verdict, the big guns will come out of the woodwork. You can bet the professionals have been staging and training for this for the past 9 months. Hell like we ain't seen for 50 years and no way will the cops or Guard be able to make a dent unless they are allowed to defend with lethal force.

Yup. They’ve had lots of time to ship pallets of bricks and commercial fireworks into the area. Heck, maybe even more entertaining stuff too. But, if this is as coordinated as I think it might be, many big cities will have had supplies brought in for the peaceful protesters to work with.
