Texas Lawmakers Consider Secession Over Life Under Democrat Marxism — Several States Interested in Movement (Video)

Texas Rep. Kyle Biedermann joined Chris Salcedo on Newsmax TV on Monday.
Kyle is leading an effort to save Texas from the Democrat Marxists who stole power in Washington DC in the 2020 election.
This is a good move by the Texas lawmakers before Democrats steal their state like they did the swing states in the 2020 election cycle.
Since Communism is against the US Constitution it may be difficult for a court to rule against the “Texit” exit.

Kyle told Chris Salcedo Texas lawmakers are getting calls from several states interested in joining their movement.

Symbolic at best and likely not to survive supreme court challenges.

And that is possible, but what matters is that you have at least your STATE behind you. I want to see the Supreme Court inundated with lawsuits regarding State rights.

If they pass a law against lawful Assembly, I want my state to say it violates their State Constitution.
If they pass a gun control law I want my state to say it violates their State Constitution
If they pass a law against...
Etc.

If you can't get your State and Local level behind you then its time to abandon ship.

You guys probably don't know this but the feds use many County Jails as holding cells for Federal Court cases. Deny them access to those Jails, tell your Sheriffs. This is one way to take back your State. You know they are itching to arrest lots of people.

Texas HAS the right, most states officially "don't" though in a serious crisis that might not be enforceable.

I've been watching this for some time now because our US address and Nightwolf's family is in Texas, a lot has been going on behind the scenes (like major tech companies and financial companies moving their HQ's to Dallas or Austin) and the US Stock Exchange also looking at officially moving there.

Or as Nightwolf said, "looking at trends, it almost looks like someone is thinking of making Texas the Switzerland of North America if the US falls apart or becomes unreliable..."

And Trump visits us twice in two weeks? I swear I heard his big bird fly over the house on the way to Alamo. Something is definitely in the wind. However this shakes out, I will not be sad if Texas secedes.

Texas does not have the right to secede. That is an urban legend.

secession could actually work.
they could be convinced they don't need us
and that we use more tax revenue than we contribute.

except that you all probably won't let em.
you kind of believe that they can't do without "fly over country".

they don't want your oil and don't want you drilling it
they don't want your beef. they want chicken and pork from china
they don't want your coal and don't want your trees.

it could work

A) I'd vote for it tomorrow!!!!
B) It'll never happen. People are too afraid of losing the "protection" of big brother Fed.gov.

Fun Fact, we don’t care and just might do it anyway. Them city slickers in Dallas, Houston, and especially Austin may be afraid of it, but most Texans would go for it in a heartbeat.
That window of opportunity is narrowing. As someone had pointed out in another thread very recently, a look at your elementary schools will tell you your State's destiny. That and all the businesses relocating to Texas will bring even more people from CA, NY, and other blue States. Biden will further accelerate the demographic change when he opens up the borders.

Can we move in with 'em? I'm only 20 miles inside the Louisiana line!

Never, though it doesn't matter what the TX State Constitution says. Only the agreement for TX re-entering the union after the Civil War matters. That is the governing document.
At that point, I would figure the agreement between the two is over...since the left doesn't care about the Constitution. What agreement are you referring to, though? I know plenty of companies that just say, "Sue us." AWS just kicked off Parler for whatever reason they wanted. Courts and judges don't matter now.
