Make sure to get them as close to the lights as you can without burning them... about 3" away is good, generally.

1st day outside, 1/2 hour in strong direct sunshine, shade or filtered/indirect sunshine the rest of the day, like under a shade tree or shade cloth.
2nd day outside, 1 hour in direct sunshine.
3rd day outside, 2 hours in direct sunshine.
4th day outside, 4 hours in direct sunshine.
5th day outside, all day direct sunshine.
Being outside, they may need more watering than when previously indoors.
