As far as letting them live-kind of a hard decision to determine. I had a similar incident in the 1980's except it was at night and they tried to Smoove talk it into a robbery. Shotgun came out but no rounds fired. My Street Creds and Rep went thru the roof. In this case with rounds being fired I think it should have become a Corpse and Bullet Dance. However, the Threat had stopped-one on ground and one backing away so I'm sure the Cops and Court System would have a different POV if he dropped the other as well.
