COMMUNISM Supreme Court declines to hear all remaining election fraud related cases and allows release of Trump's financial records to prosecutors

I recall when Barrett was in the confirmation process there was info out there, maybe from Axex Jones, that she was a deep stater. I also recall this was dismissed by most since she had such a good record. Looks like Alex was right. Actually Jone's track record is quite good, it's just that the things he voices is way ahead of his time.

From my observations at various places on the net that were discussing Barrett, the fact that she was quite good looking for her age trumped any suspicion she could be a deep stater. More sadly, is that many think our little horse faced buck toothed brainless wonder, AOC, is hot.

As a kid when JFK was elected, word came out that women voted for him cause he was good looking. I'd say men are much more apt to be duped by appearance than women, based on what's going on today.

I see it a different way. I never liked or trusted Trump the person before he came down the escalator and actually started talking.

I made my decision to vote for him because what he was proposing were the very things that I thought needed to be done in a last ditch attempt to turn around or at least slow the death of the country.

Once in power, he tried to do everything he had promised. I still didn't like him as a person and for the life of me couldn't figure out his ego issues. I also saw that he had dreadfully underestimated the deep state (RINO's especially) and was to quick tempered and easily distracted by his ego.

Sometime late his first year or the starting of his second year, I started to realize that the four years was a gift from God, but due to his own failings he was becoming a Saul. As Ryan and the other RINO's played him but always screwed up the real opportunities to expose and destroy the deep state it became clear to me that the four years was a blessing from God to allow those with eyes to see to prepare for the great cataclysm that is here now.

The first two year years ammo was cheap, decent weapons were reasonable, as was food. Land could be bought, built up and readied to 'disappear to'. It was a 'fat time' that was to be used to get ready for the 7 bad years coming. Time to get ready, to store, to prepare, to go as grey as possible and to plan.

Trumps ego, big mouth and his inability to see past the rino's is what cost him the grace that put him in office. He took credit for what he did not do, but that God did for him. IF he would have humbled himself and gave God the glory it would have been different, but alas he choose the ego.

2020's COVID and the stolen elections was the turning point.

Anyone with eyes to see should be clear that the 'fat time' has passed and the 7 bad years are here. There is no hope in the courts, the congress, the president or in any politicians.

As one person here reminds us - our enemy hates us and wants us dead

... and that enemy have now shown they have total and full power of the corrupt federal government at their disposal and will soon stop at nothing to achieve their ends.
Personally , and no offense intended, I think you have read it all wrong. But that is neither here nor there at the moment. And for the record, I have been saying for for a few months now, I read the tea leaves differently: by April sometime, i think we might be quite sure there will be 3-1/2 years from then to a full resolution of the matter...

No offense taken. My view is that at the least the birth pangs just keep increasing in strength and frequency. What happens between now and the the April-June time frame are important and telling.

No standing before, during, or after a theft. Our SCOTUS decision is every criminals dream and every law abiding citizen's nightmare.

Bizarro World...

Thomas' dissent:

"One wonders what the Court waits for. We failed to settle this dispute before the election and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave the election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing we invite further confusion and erosion in voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us"
You're damn right we deserve better and expect more.

Did anyone here actually believe that the SCOTUS would overturn a national election? If so, you had better stay away from bridges.

As I chronicled earlier, Trump had his chance but totally botched it (and as we just found out) beyond retrieval. I don't know if he could have prevented the election debacle but the point is he didn't try. People here were positive he was playing 3-4d chess when actually he was not playing at all.

And to compound the felony, I an still puzzled by reports that GOP types failed to vote in the GA election thus assuring Demo control of the Congress.

Was SCOTUS the final attempt to garner some form of justus for the people that had voted in this "Last National" election? I would have to say yes it was. The states governments are to accustom to bowing down to the fed instead of assuming their rightful place as the creator of the fed guv to be counted on. So it will settle on the shoulders of we the people to take up the cause, it may require the people to clean all our houses!

Does it give anyone else a galloping case of the heebie jeebies to think that out of every conservative SCOTUS justice appointed by a Republican President, that since justice Scalia was murdered ... errr died, only one - Justice Thomas has held rock solid on conservative and constitutional principles?

That 6-3 supposed conservative majority is now a 8-1 bend em over and screw um court

It is now a given that the demon-crats own ever part of the federal government and there is no one in government to stop them --- no one!

For those thinking the final purge isn't coming, you need to wake up soon... the Demon-crats 文化大革命 (Great Cultural Revolution) is fast approaching.

CORRECTION TO MY POST

Just found that three justices dissented and voted to hear the case

Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Clarence Thomas believe they should have been given actual hearings

So instead of 8 to 1

It was 6 to 3

Turncoats- Roberts, Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett

FULL TEXT: Trump responds after Supreme Court orders release of tax returns to NY prosecutor

On Monday, the Supreme Court ordered former President Donald Trump’s accountants to releases financial and tax records to prosecutors in New York.

The former president responded in a lengthy statement, calling the ruling “a continuation of the greatest political Witch Hunt in the history of our Country.”

FULL TEXT: ‘STATEMENT ON THE CONTINUING POLITICAL PERSECUTION OF PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP’
This investigation is a continuation of the greatest political Witch Hunt in the history of our Country, whether it was the never ending $32 million Mueller hoax, which already investigated everything that could possibly be investigated, “Russia Russia Russia,” where there was a finding of “No Collusion,” or two ridiculous “Crazy Nancy” inspired impeachment attempts where I was found NOT GUILTY. It just never ends!

So now, for more than two years, New York City has been looking at almost every transaction I’ve ever done, including seeking tax returns which were done by among the biggest and most prestigious law and accounting firms in the U.S. The Tea Party was treated far better by the IRS than Donald Trump. The Supreme Court never should have let this “fishing expedition” happen, but they did. This is something which has never happened to a President before, it is all Democrat-inspired in a totally Democrat location, New York City and State, completely controlled and dominated by a heavily reported enemy of mine, Governor Andrew Cuomo. These are attacks by Democrats willing to do anything to stop the almost 75 million people (the most votes, by far, ever gotten by a sitting president) who voted for me in the election—an election which many people, and experts, feel that I won. I agree!

The new phenomenon of “headhunting” prosecutors and AGs—who try to take down their political opponents using the law as a weapon—is a threat to the very foundation of our liberty. That’s what is done in third world countries. Even worse are those who run for prosecutorial or attorney general offices in far-left states and jurisdictions pledging to take out a political opponent. That’s fascism, not justice—and that is exactly what they are trying to do with respect to me, except that the people of our Country won’t stand for it.

In the meantime, murders and violent crime are up in New York City by record numbers, and nothing is done about it. Our elected officials don’t care. All they focus on is the persecution of President Donald J. Trump.

I will fight on, just as I have, for the last five years (even before I was successfully elected), despite all of the election crimes that were committed against me. We will win!

I sure would like to hear how you read the tea leaves - I like considering several viewpoints. The conclusion, or real direction, will likely have pieces of a few. If you've already spelled it out somewhere, I'd be happy to look for it with a few clues. :)

Just ran across this and thought it might be a reason for the decision-

"While it is never a good idea to look into the background of the court for motives, one cannot easily dismiss that Roberts, Kavanaugh and Barrett may have voted against the writ because they were concerned such a decision would cause the senate to start a process of “packing the court.” Retaining the current number of justices within the court is more likely if the justices avoid triggering the consequences from the previous threat. "

IMO the demon-crats will pack the court way before the 2022 midterms no matter what to ensure they still have control in the case they would somehow lose the house and senate.

Okay, that's great and all, but where will they look? It's a river. It's constantly moving until it hits a larger body of water. And how much time will they devote to trying to find the guns you allegedly lost in that waterway?
There is this standard joke, or so I believe it is, that we all lost our guns in a boating accident. Here it's a river. Maybe some take this serious. Add to the discussion ground penetrating radar, or whatever.

IMO, serious good advice, if you want to lose guns so they will not be found, do not lose them on your own property or anywhere near it. Depending on how bad it gets, the consequences for "losing" your guns when they are found may start out with confiscation, then graduate to a fine, then jail, and if the commie's really get their ball rolling, summary execution with the very gun they just happened to find that's yours.

There are so many scenarios that can develop, but you you just happen to lose your surplus guns on your own property, you will be to blame.

I considered that when I first heard about this today. But think about it. The end result of their going along with the deep state in their recent decision and letting the deep state pack the court is one in the same for the people. Meaning the people are screwed either way.

If they had bucked the deep state and recognized voter fraud that would have led to placing Trump rightfully in the WH, then court packing never would occur, at least while Trump is in the WH.

What they recently did was just buy a little time, for they will still pack the court anyway to ensure leftists stay in power over the next several elections.

SCOTUS plays Catch 22 with challenges to Pennsylvania election

By Thomas Lifson

The Supreme has signaled that anything goes when it comes to jiggering election rules in favor of the Democrats. Challenge illegalities in the last election with a good case, and you're stuck in a classic Catch-22 situation, as Ace pithily sums it up:
Before the inauguration: Not timely
After the certification: Moot
The two cases the Court declined to hear challenged the last-minute changes to election law in Pennsylvania. Never mind that the U.S. Constitution explicitly gives state legislatures the power to prescribe "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives"; the Supreme Court just allowed the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to change the rules for the November 2020 federal election by declaring the case moot.

Justices Thomas and Alito wrote dissenting opinions, with Justice Gorsuch concurring with Alito. Tyler O'Neil summarizes:
Thomas argued that the cases Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Veronica DeGraffenreid (2021) and Jake Corman v. Pennsylvania Democratic Party (2021) presented "a clear example" of election law issues that the Supreme Court should put to rest. "The Pennsylvania Legislature established an unambiguous deadline for receiving mail-in ballots: 8 p.m. on election day. Dissatisfied, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court extended that deadline by three days."
"That decision to rewrite the rules seems to have affected too few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election. But that may not be the case in the future," Thomas argued. "These cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority nonlegislative officials have to set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle. The refusal to do so is inexplicable."

Alito also wrote a dissent, which Justice Neil Gorsuch joined. Alito argued that these cases "present an important and recurring constitutional question: whether the Elections or Electors Clauses of the United States Constitution... are violated when a state court holds that a state constitutional provision overrides a state statute governing the manner in which a federal election is to be conducted. That question has divided the lower courts,* and our review at this time would be greatly beneficial."
This means that SCOTUS has deep-sixed every election challenge, according to Julie Kelley:
@julie_kelly2

Looking at order list now. It looks like SCOTUS killed every election lawsuit filed by Trump and other parties. Only Thomas, Gorsuch, Alito dissented in rejecting PA GOP v PA SOS case. We have no institution to protect our elections. Thanks Barrett and Kavanaugh!

For whatever reasons, the Roberts Court is shying away from change, from exercise of the Court's authority and duty to enforce the Constitution. The emphasis on following precedent through the doctrine of stare decisis is helping to ratify abuses.

EXACTLY !!!!!

I guess Thomas is the only one there worth keeping. All Trumps picks were duds.

Actually, I do not think Trump picked them, I think someone else made the pick, and told him who he was picking.
I know some will be offended by that, but that is sure what it looks like !

:ld:
And his duds are going to be on the court for quite awhile

It’s over for us winning the honest and fair way.
It’s time to fight back the Commie way.
It’s time WE “do the voting.”
Our side is much smarter than them, most of us have jobs. Dominion is hooked up to the Internet so wake the heck up and “use it”!
Ballot drop boxes? No problem, we should be able to come up with a few 100,000 or so all for our side.
Start small with a blue state special election. You know someone is going to die or step down eventually. Make a run at it.
Watch the Commies melt down live on tv when their side gets shockingly upset and loses. Awww, that’s too bad. Oh well.
The time of being nice and quiet while taking it in the ass should be over for Conservatives.
It’s time to fight their way, fire with Fire.

If the white hats are ready to step up and kick this game into play, then they better have a pretty solid play book in hand.
Who will be the strong arms for their side?
How to counter their initial action and thin out the players on their side?
Where could pressure be applied to their coaching staff for best and lasting effect.
What would the pages in their play book reveal?
AND, it may not be wise to discuss these matters here.

I see the same arguments about Trump's failings, not doing enough, too much ego, etc. Y’all have finally convinced me! The problem isn’t from the Supreme Court on down to every single institution we have seen operate the last four years. Oh no, Trump should personally have done more.
I now get it. In fact, I know exactly what he should have done. He should have worked on his VADER FORCE HAND CHOKING SKILLS. That’s right, from the feckless governor of Georgia and his wormwood Sec of State to the illegal ballots in the Blue Cities, from the hallways of all our institutions to the very centers of power in DC, his course was clear. Unfortunately, he failed to prepare and study for the battles of Covid, mass mail in ballots, MSM Lies, Riots, oh hell you know the thing.
This video shows what he PERSONALLY should have done, and we would have four more years... :kaid:

Has anybody actually read what the 'dissenters' wrote? I have a feeling they were not making noises about overthrowing the election. Instead I suspect they were arguing about getting some jurisprudence into the system to avoid such a docket appearing in their court again.

I agree with this. I believe the remaining SCJs have been compromised and/or threatened into going along with the plan.

I've often wondered, though, how they are able to come to terms with their legacy being the selling out of the country of their children's children (and so on).
I too think their lives were threatened as was Trumps and that's why he didn't do anything. Probably threatened his family.
