My order from Burgess is finally shipping. It's now mid May. I'm in 7A. Anything I should know planting this late. They will be in containers. I've only ever planted them in raised beds.

Put them in the shade or partial shade for now, I'm assuming your temps are in the 80's.

I just received my Burgess order for strawberries, two months after ordering! We will likely be moving this year, and at this point I dont want to plant them. Is there any way to leave them dormant until next spring?

No. But if you plant them now, you can root the daughter plants they will put out this summer and fall in pots, and could take some with you when you move...
