I have used Sambal Olek since the 90's. Had to order it by the case from them in Ca. Now, everyone has it. HOT, but with really superior flavor. Makes a cheap pizza into a great one. If you are not into hot spices, a teaspoon with a meal will have you sweating bullets and guzzling anything wet.

Amazon has it and other offerings from Huy Fong, by the gallon, or thereabouts..
