PLAY Something about that Dirt.

I've been working on the Raised Beds for months now. Getting the materials, cutting, building then hauling in trailers of dirt to fill. Our soil is clay and packed sand. It can, over time, be made viable but I do not feel we have that time so scrape every penny together and buy ;oads of dirt. I even stopped drinking soda for this.

On the way over to do the weekly clean for a friend FL tells me about her dream. In it we were at a gathering-formal attire, maybe an Anniversary or something. I was speaking to the people there and talking about Dirt and how important it is for making Roguefort.

Says she was laughing in the dream and woke up gigglng.

My response? "See? As in Meatworld, as in Dreams. You see, Cheese is usually made from Milk-mostly Cow Milk. The Cows live in a field on dirt. The Dirt allows the plants they eat to grow and different TYPES of dirt either allow or hamper plant growth which affects the taste of the Milk therefore the Quality of the Cheese.."

She was laughing so hard she almost drove off the road.

I actually had to go ask her what type of Cheese she mentioned in the Dream. She says 'Roguefort', it's used to make Bleu Cheese..."

I love Bleu Cheese-so my immediate response was "See? The Dirt is even MORE important for that!"

She threw a pillow at me.

Early in my study of American law and historical quotes, I came across the gem;

“A nation’s strength is directly incumbent upon the fertility of its soil.”

Don’t remember the source.....

Anyhoo, it immediately hit me that.....

“A family’s strength is directly incumbent upon the fertility of its soil.”

“A community’s strength......”
“A tribe’s strength.....”

That’s when I put my childhood fascination with compost on the industrial track.

Been an adventure.

Roquefort cheese is a type of blue cheese. roguefort The "g" should be changed to a "q". There are a very few restaurants that have roquefort cheese salad dressing. I had roquefort salad dressing at a restaurant in Dallas and it surpasses any other blue cheese salad dressing.

Roquefort
Roquefort is a sheep milk cheese from Southern France, and is one of the world's best known blue cheeses. Though similar cheeses are produced elsewhere, EU law dictates that only those cheeses aged in the natural Combalou caves of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon may bear the name Roquefort, as it is a recognized geographical indication, or has a protected designation of origin.Wikipedia
Region:Region surrounding, Roquefort-sur-Soulzon
Pasteurised:No
Texture:Semi-hard

Probably but the quick search I did while writing the OP had a 'g'. Hell, I can barely speak English much-less Hear and write it correctly much-less more Complex words. Think of me like the Retraded half of Forrest, Forrest Gump. :D
