OK, just giving a bump as I recently found a new local supplier to the knoxville, TN market.
OK, I was doing some research off and on on things. I managed to find a local liquidator/reseller of used and new solar components. Mainly solar panels. The guy we think bought out the Obama era solar program that flopped and the companies that went under as a result with their inventory. His minimum purchase quantity is 6 units, but hell for local pickup, no shipping, not bad. The only downside is that there are no connectors, solar panels only, no mounts, he has other components such as charge controllers, again, no connectors or anything, just the controller. But the prices were decent and he had stock

He is legit and I laid eyes on the inventory.
Panels are the biggest piece of any system and the most painful to ship. Local pickup is a biggie for me as then I can not have to bother with shipping costs on top of part costs...
