Canning So I got lucky .....boston butt 88 cents a pound

Ive never canned pork before.....beef and chicken. Is there any extra knowledge I need or do it all the same......


any recipes to help the flavor?

eta: or is this meat too fatty?

My parents canned pork a lot.
I've done it a few times.
I just chunk it yp and fill the jar and add salt (I think a teaspoonful) and pressure can it.
My parents didn't have a pressure canner but we canned pork, beef and venison
