Got a surprise visit from our great grandson Paxton James and his mom (our eldest granddaughter) Anneka today. We had a blast.

Both Molly and Angel got some kisses in, while Paxton didn’t feel like petting Godzilla.

It reminded me of us little kids waiting for the driver to take his carry basket of milk bottles up to the back door when we would jump out from hiding and steat some chunks of ice from the truck on those hot July summer mornings. yes i I know, criminals, future “free shit army“ socialists! Look at us now: the elders of the world’s greatest empire handed to us on a silver platter, now in steep decline. All for a few chips of stolen ice...
