HOLY CRAP. This actually just happened on Capitol Hill.
SEN. JOSH HAWLEY: "Can men get pregnant?"
LIBERAL DR. VERMA: "I'm not sure what the goal of the question is."
HAWLEY: "The goal is to establish a biological reality. Can men get pregnant?"
VERMA: "I take care of people with many identities."
HAWLEY: "Can men get pregnant?"
VERMA: "Again, as I'm saying-"
HAWLEY: "You said science and evidence should control. Can men get pregnant? You're a doctor, I think."
VERMA: "Science and evidence should guide medicine."
HAWLEY: "Do science and evidence tell us that men can get pregnant?"
VERMA: "I think yes-no questions like this are a political tool."

Pride comes before the fall.....Pride month ended.
Senator Hawley is one of the good ones.
Not so sure about that. He's voted wrong in the past, and like so many, they give them the easy, look good, opportunities and then use them when needed. Nine truths and a lie.... he's no better than Trey Gowdy and host of others. Watch out for Dad Gummit Tim Burchet as well. He's come out of no where, and is now everywhere....his time to shine and develop trust....wish I was wrong, but have little doubt about.

I’m going to piss off some on this thread. I watched the 5 minute vid, and it was cringe-worthy. Not because of the doctor, who said exactly what I expect a liberal to say, but because of the OBVIOUS chess-like setup by the repub, then the “attack.” His tone was condescending and rude. Yes, I know this is all for show, which is why I’m offended. He sounded EXACTLY like when the dems attack a conservative. I find that kind of verbal vomit disgusting no matter who does it.

I see many members beat me to her true title of Dr. VERMIN.

How did this woman graduate MED SCHOOL if she can't distinguish male from female based on their biology?

Dennis, that would require one side or the other to ACTUALLY STAND on real moral high ground. They would have to live like they speak. Neither side can do that right now.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Supreme Court took a break from deliberations regarding individuals competing in sports designated for the opposite sex to bring in an expert five-year-old boy to explain the difference between boys and girls.
"Boys have wee-wees and girls have vee-vees," said Hunter Plath, a five-year-old boy from Iowa.

According to court records, the explanation elicited various responses from the justices. Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson were seemingly astonished, saying, "Ohhhhhhhh!" Associate Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh only giggled.

Justice Clarence Thomas reportedly rolled his eyes as the two most liberal justices of the court followed up with questions on precisely what a "wee-wee" was, but were rebuffed by the child who simply answered, "I'm not allowed to say. My mom won't let me."

Law experts believe the court will eventually uphold the right of states to enforce their own laws on transgender athletes, especially if the liberal justices can find out what a wee-wee is.

At publishing time, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson sought more help understanding the matter from retired children's educator Barney the Dinosaur.

My first thought was this OP has to be from the Bee. Second thought was: Well, hopefully arguing this idiocy will keep them busy enough not to screw up anything major or find new way to waste tax payer money, maybe... for a while? I live in hope.

We have seen this same thing here on this board.

That "Dr." did nothing more then spend 5 min telling us they are dumb. Nothing more or less. She would have walked away looking a whole lot better if she would have just told us, she is dumb. Then Josh could have spent his time discussing that instead of the circle jerk she just put all those people though.

Well done Josh for not taking the bait. If that was my Dr., I'd be shopping for a new one immediately, for again she just told everyone she isn't fit for her title.

By doing the same thing she did to Josh, never taking a side or a stand and changing her views/opinions to tailor to the professor, her peers, her tests, etc. She did learn somewhere how to wish/wash her way forward.
