Medical seat back storage

im looking for a seat back storage unit. i find many on ebay and amazon, but they are all held with molle pouches. I need on that at least the medical bag is on a big velcro patch. I want to be able to grab it and run in case of need,I would like a tan one, to match interiour. if you have any idea please let me know thank you

I was thinking the same. I looked at a pattern, it seems not hard to do.

I've got one by Savior that straps to the headrest but it doesn't look like they make it anymore.

I'm in the market for another one and here's a couple I found that are similar. They strap to the headrest, not the back of the seat.

I bought a kit like that from reasonable rascal. It’s on my driver seat back. I can grab it and rip it off the Velcro back.
