Dont the abortion types allow those that survive the abortion to die either of "natural causes" or they finish the job?
My older brother botched the execution of a mean rooster that our mother the judge had decreed must die.
After that I became the executioner of mean roosters, feral cats, and all manner of other varmits
Never had a botched execution…
they need a Dr. KFhunter for the job
Follow up with covid vaccine. Seems to work pretty well.
Lauren Conlin:
BREAKING & DISTURBING: Christa Pike’s attorneys have filed an emergency motion demanding that Tennessee preserve all evidence connected to her failed execution attempt.
According to the filing, the execution team attempted IV access with at least seven needles, one of which was allegedly bent at a 90-degree angle when removed. Pike was given both Set A and Set B syringes, which her attorneys describe as two lethal doses of pentobarbital. During the procedure, she could reportedly be heard crying, whimpering and breathing loudly, at one point saying, “My arm feels like it’s about to burst open.”
Pike remains critically ill, unconscious, intubated and on a ventilator at a Nashville-area hospital. Her attorneys say both arms were swollen, burned and blistered when she arrived at the hospital, and medical staff are working to save her life and clear the pentobarbital from her system. Her lawyers are now asking the court to ensure physical, written and electronic evidence from the execution attempt is preserved as they seek answers about exactly what went wrong.

Everything in my read on it was that this was an interferred with process. That this was purposefully botched. But I would also note that there is a certain demonic air of that woman and what she had done. Demonic powers can have odd effects on reality...What are fuster cluck! There is NO DAMNED WAY this is accidental, IF any of the reports are true! I've had the experience of getting IVs into small kittens, dogs, a pony who I'd swear is crossed with a rhinoceros, and has the narrowest jugular groove I've ever seen, and bovines up to 1800#, many of whom seriously objected to anyone sticking needles into them... and it's just not possible to bend a needle 90°... although they *can* be, essentially, broken off at the base if there is serious enough force involved.
If she was strapped down...sorry, that's bullsh!t...
I sure don't know...I dont remember hearing about this case before now. But it looks like this *could* be a coordinated action to eliminate the death penalty...
It's beyond stupid that the bleeding heart leftists have made it impossible for us to use the identical protocol veterinarians use thousands of times a day across the country! But hey...if they insist... I'm sure some of our tech boys could easily come up with an automated guillotine.
I'm sure that I read somewhere, years ago, that a "gas chamber" that gradually replaces oxygen with nitrogen is the most humane death.

I thought of that, briefly. I just can't quite envision her managing that level of habit while on death row for 30 years! As I posted on another thread, people that have been HEAVILY using certain illegal drugs are often unaffected by almost any anesthetic or similar medications and that includes the (normally) lethal cocktail they give for this form of capital punishment. If they are heavy enough drug users, it makes them almost unkillable by the needle.
There is another side effect that they also don't mention with this crowd (insane drug users) and that is that any surgery or other major medical care that normally would mandate anesthesia, now gets to be done "fully awake and feeling it". Gets real interesting for things like open heart surgery or spinal surgery....
The other option for this ability is demonic, and this person could have had both going on.
If she burned out those receptors hard enough 30+ years ago before she was in prison, I don't think they come back. I have seen some of these people roll through the hospitals here in CVA, not much touches them, and getting medical procedures done on them gets REAL interesting. Watched a few of them get ambulanced to VCU in downtown Richmond because a "normal" hospital didn't have the ability to give them care while they were still wide awake and talking after what should have killed most people. And some of these people (supposedly) stopped "using" decades earlier...I thought of that, briefly. I just can't quite envision her managing that level of habit while on death row for 30 years!

This is so grisly and awkward.I heard on the AM news station I was listening to at around 3AM that she wanted to be hung, why not grant her the wishes as to how it ends?
How? By granting her wishes? This is so grisly and awkward.
The whole thing is obscene from the murder to her 30 years more of heart beats and then botched execution leading to life saving legal drama leading to new discussions of other means to snuff her shit show life. How? By granting her wishes?
Because it's not an officially sanctioned (approved) method available in Tennessee. Her options were the electric chair and lethal injection.why not grant her the wishes as to how it ends?
But how could she have been a heavy drug user for the last 30 years in custody? She has spent her life in jail since she was 18 years old. She's 50 now!As I posted on another thread, people that have been HEAVILY using certain illegal drugs are often unaffected by almost any anesthetic or similar medications and that includes the (normally) lethal cocktail they give for this form of capital punishment. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs had a ‘pampered’ life in prison: Alcohol, drugs, cellphones, massages and moreBut how could she have been a heavy drug user for the last 30 years in custody? She has spent her life in jail since she was 18 years old. She's 50 now!

Never read anyone is sneaking in Baby Oil though.
What you got against Zebra's? What have they done to you? LOLI'm one of the least likely people anywhere that would be considered a "conspiracy theorist". I acknowledge conspiracies do exist, but it's never been my initial "go-to" position. I'm a "When you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras" type of person. I'm old, have led an interesting life, have been in situations where had I not personally been involved, the events that transpired would definitely give an outsider the impression of ulterior motives, ie., conspiracy. Life is replete with truly fcked up situations, and the age-old adage, "Truth is stranger than fiction" has certainly had a strong ring of truth in my life.
That said... there are too many things here that don't add up here for me, even taking into consideration gross incompetence and having an understanding of how bureaucratic systems are sub-optimal on any given day.
SB was one of those who "woke up during surgery". The anesthesia put the shot through her vein and into her muscle, it hurt bad, and SB told him. He dismissed it. She woke up.
Well honestly she is suffering a fate worse than death. But really there needs to be a medical protocol that states any complications from a botched execution equates to zero medical assistance and any such assistance is not paid for by the state...Someone needs to go finish the deed: the family of the victim has waited long enough for closure.
I was thinking that she could have toasted those receptors 30+ years ago.But how could she have been a heavy drug user for the last 30 years in custody? She has spent her life in jail since she was 18 years old. She's 50 now!

The other thing I was wondering is if there is a GABA receptor blocker or inhibitor that is strong enough to make it so that she would be "temporarily invincible" against that much phenobarbital? Something similar to Narcan, but for barbiturates. If someone was able to get it to her just before the attempt......
AND the state won't permit a .22 contact wound. Time to just inject a bubble . . .But they manage to get the job done. Here, the bungling is caused by "ethical considerations" and politics. Trained health care workers won't participate on loss of their license and jobs, and the states won't allow veterinary-trained people to do it because of "ethics" and laws. So they end up with a not very practiced hack doing the job.

If she’s unconscious, she wouldn’t feel a proper lethal injection. Put her out of this now.
Lead would be cheaper...Non-rebreather mask / ventilator plugged into the CO2/Nitrogen used for Laproscopic Surguries. No injection necessary
Problem apparently was they either didn't find the vein, or they ran their needle through it, because she was complaining about the burning and pain in her arm. Yeah! Pentobarbital going IM (intramuscularly) would hurt like a stone cold bitch! But it would eventually, but slowly, unpredictably disperse and be effective enough to the point where she would get woozy, and with a double dose, fade off.AND the state won't permit a .22 contact wound. An od of fentanyl would work too…Problem apparently was they either didn't find the vein, or they ran their needle through it, because she was complaining about the burning and pain in her arm. Yeah! So they couldn't have done it right with anything that had to go IV, including an injected air embolism. The people doing the procedure were hacks and so what happened was just what the overly "sensitive" state laws and the activists want to happen. All for public consumption and with no regard for the job at hand.
Yes, I'm a big believer in moving to an overdose of anesthetic gas. It's pretty damned foolproof, even with the apparent fools who are tasked to handle these executions.
