CrossStitch Sampler patterns

For those who like cross stitch samplers, www.linenandthread.com has some free patterns that were stitch alongs. The one for this year is up to July, but 2017, and 2018 are complete.

If you have the money, www.longdogsampler.com has some very challenging samplers, including "Death by Cross Stitch" LOL.

When I lived in Iceland, I did a lot of cross stitch. I once photographed a section of their museum cross stitched tapestry, projected it on the wall ad painstakingly graphed it out. Later, I found out the pattern was available from their national museum. lol
