I suffer from lymphedema and now my good leg has a bad case of cellulitis. The Dr won't do anything except throw more Cephelexin at it so thought I would try herbs.
I used a Neem paste
Jojoba oil to thin
Added pine bark extract
Oil of Oregano
Oil of Thyme
Calendula
Any opinions on this? Anything else I should add?

I would hesitate to use a salve on cellulitis, though. A wash/infusion/fomentation (water based), but not something oil or beeswax based. Using a marshmallow (the herb) and calendula wash, then aloe worked on any radiation burns i had, but they did not have an infection component. Let me do some thinking on this while i am running errands this morning.

Are you diabetic? When is the last time you had your blood glucose or A1C checked?

I would be interested in that treatment for radiation burns. Can you use it prophylactically? Or is just for after the burn occurs.
