WAR RUSSIA INVADES UKRAINE - Consolidated Thread

The Ukrainians are unable to fly these just like the F-16s, unable to read the foreign language gauges.
French Mirage fighters enter combat flown by French pilots who will gain much needed experience in a real wartime environment. Probably by intercepting drones over Lviv.
You know Russian pilots just perked up, newbies. Bounty cash to be made.
Recall a few weeks ago an announcement by Ukraine of a new international F-16 squadron which was using former US F-16 pilots to fly for Ukraine,
Very likely if these reports of Mirage fighters are valid without question they are also being flown by "contract" former French pilots.

On the F-16 project:

Americans and the Dutch are directly supporting Ukraine in the sky

Well it appears that not only BRICS nations but now the EU want to cut off US control of International Transactions - again another unexpected consequence of the US weaponizing Economic tools.

The EU Is DITCHING VISA & MASTERCARD,

Implements DIGITAL EURO by 2029 (8 min)

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rs6YPrgtPww

Is Europe financially sovereign — or strategically exposed?

Today we examine the EU’s growing dependence on U.S. payment giants Visa and Mastercard, which process the majority of card transactions across Europe. This dominance raises serious concerns about financial sovereignty, digital payments control, and geopolitical risk.

Modern payment infrastructure is software-based — meaning access can be restricted during sanctions or political crises. The removal of Russia from SWIFT proved how powerful financial networks can become in economic warfare.

As cash usage declines and digital transactions expand, Europe’s reliance on foreign-controlled systems deepens. The European Central Bank’s digital euro (CBDC) project aims to build a sovereign alternative by 2029, but no immediate replacement for Visa or Mastercard exists at scale.

This debate goes beyond fintech — it’s about EU strategic autonomy, economic security, and control over financial infrastructure in an era of sanctions, fragmentation, and rising global tensions.

Is Europe ready to pay the cost of independence?

US and Israel Strike Iran as Middle East Erupts (14 min)

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRrYckzOfLE

In the early hours of this morning the US and Israel have launched a military campaign against Iran. Donald Trump has posted a video on Truth Social in which he has addressed the situation and sent a message to the American people, the Iranian Armed Forces and to the Iranian People. Iran has retaliated with strikes against Israel and against US military bases in the Middle East.

In Europe the conflict over the Druzhba pipeline continues, with Hungarian PM Viktor Orban accusing Zelensky of lying about the reason for the disruption. Slovak PM Robert Fico has stated that after a call with Zelensky he has gained the impression that Ukraine has no interest in resuming the transit of oil through the Druzhba pipeline. ISW reports that Russia may conduct a major offensive on Kramatorsk and Sloviansk in the near future, as Russia is amassing forces in the region.

Since 2014, and dramatically after 2022, the European Union has imposed sweeping sanctions on Russia targeting finance, energy, technology, and trade. In this video, we examine whether EU sanctions have changed Moscow’s behavior, strengthened Russia’s pivot to China and India, and reshaped the global economic order. Featuring insights from former British diplomat Ian Proud, we explore the real economic impact on both Russia and Europe, including energy prices, industrial competitiveness, and the rise of a multipolar world.

Are sanctions effective economic warfare — or strategic drift without diplomacy? Watch to understand the geopolitical consequences for the EU, Russia, and the future of European security.

N. Korea ships 33,000 containers of weapons to Russia: Seoul

Listen

North Korea is believed to have shipped some 33,000 containers of military supplies, including weapons and ammunition, to Russia as part of its support for Moscow in the war with Ukraine, a military intelligence unit said Sunday.

The shipped volume, in terms of ammunition, could amount to over 15 million 152-mm artillery shells, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the defense ministry said in a report submitted to Rep. Kang Dae-sik of the main opposition People Power Party.

The assessment marks an increase from the DIA's announcement in July last year that about 28,000 containers of military supplies had been shipped from North Korea to Russia.

North Korea is known to have mostly used Rajin Port near the border with Russia to ship the containers via sea routes.

North Korea is also believed to have supplied 220 artillery pieces, including 170-mm self-propelled howitzers and 240-mm multiple rocket launchers, Kang's office said, citing the DIA report.

Additionally, North Korea is presumed to be shipping other weapons, including 122-mm and 152-mm shells, anti-tank missiles, short-range ballistic missiles and anti-tank rockets to Russia.

Since October 2024, North Korea has dispatched more than 16,000 troops to support Russia in the war, the DIA assessed. Of them, about 1,000 returned home in December, but they will likely be redeployed to Russia, according to the DIA.

North Korea and Russia have stepped up cooperation in military, diplomatic and economic areas since signing a bilateral pact in June 2024, it said.

"However, there are signs that their cooperation in defense technology and advanced industries is falling short of the North's expectations," the DIA added.

Pyongyang has widely been viewed to be seeking the acquisition of key military technologies, especially those related to spy satellites, miniaturized nuclear weapons and nuclear-powered submarines, from Russia in exchange for its support in the prolonged war.

NUCLEAR TENSIONS RISE AS RUSSIA WEIGHS TACTICAL STRIKE IN UKRAINE

Reports suggest radical voices around Putin are pushing for a tactical nuclear strike to disrupt Ukrainian logistics and finally seize the Donbas.

This comes as the U.S. pivots its military focus toward Iran, leaving Europe’s defense capacity in question.

While Putin has remained more moderate than figures like Prigozhin, the temptation to strike while the U.S. is distracted is growing.

There is ZERO possibility of Russia using a NUKE - this CRAP that keeps getting pushed out both on Ukraine and Iran makes great Clickbait - pushed out through bot farms funded by the US and then reposted over and over again
It is called Propaganda and the US spends millions on it. They count on people blindly reposting without ever considering how valid the original post was or even doing a fast double check on the facts - if any listed.

Orban Intercepts Zelenskyy’s Money Laundering Operation – Zelenskyy Threatens to Send Ukraine Special Forces to Assassinate Orban

March 6, 2026 | Sundance | 195 Comments

The origin of the latest development goes back several weeks.

Ukraine (Zelenskyy) was angry at Hungary (Orban) for blocking the €90 billion EU loan (a loan with no payback clause) which was backed by confiscated Russian sovereign wealth funds. A splendidly European financial scheme.

To get back at Viktor Orban, Volodymyr Zelenskyy destroyed an oil/gas pipeline hub in Ukraine that transferred Russian oil to Hungary and Slovakia (Robert Fico).

Hungary and Slovakia were furious, and Zelenskyy said repairs were too complicated to be easily fixed. Viktor Orban and Robert Fico then doubled down on blocking Ukraine funds and Ukraine’s assentation to the EU.

When Zelenskyy was questioned about Hungarian or EU inspectors visiting the site to evaluate the repairs, Zelenskyy said they would not be allowed access.

Zelenskyy further noted when he was told Patriot Missiles were in short supply, he did not get to visit the inventory; implying his lies were similar to lies told by the United States.

Caught in a lie, Zelenskyy followed up by saying he didn’t care, it was Russian oil so get lost.

Two days ago, Hungary then intercepted two Ukraine vans carrying $40 million in cash dollars, €35 million in cash Euros, and 9 kg of gold – presumably a money laundering transfer intended to fund Zelenskyy and his intelligence chiefs.

Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó stating that “since January, $900 million and €420 million in cash, as well as 146 kilograms of gold, have been transported across Hungary.”

The shipment apprehended by Hungary included 40 million U.S. dollars as well as 35 million euros and 9 kilograms (19.8 pounds) of gold — worth around $1.5 million at current prices — according to a separate statement by Oschadbank.

Hungary’s National Tax and Customs Administration confirmed Friday that it had detained the Ukrainian citizens and seized the two armored cash-transport vehicles. It added it was conducting criminal proceedings on suspicion of money laundering. {
LINK}

Upon hearing of the intercept yesterday, a highly angered Volodymyr Zelenskyy then threatened to send Ukraine “special military operators” to the home of Viktor Orban to extract revenge.

Zelenskyy’s threat caused the European Commission to issue an unusual rebuke of the Ukraine dictator.

“Specifically in relation to the comments made by President Zelenskyy, we are very clear as the European Commission that that type of language is not acceptable. There must not be threats against EU member states,” Commission deputy chief spokesperson Olof Gill told reporters Friday, in a rare condemnation of the leader in Kyiv. {link}

Zelenskyy, with pants down and visibly on fire, now missing all the money/gold, retreats from the originating position that started this mess and says he will repair the oil transfer station he destroyed, if Hungary will permit Ukraine to get the €90 billion loan (not a loan) from the Russian sovereign wealth fund.

[…] After his emotional outburst on Thursday, Zelenskyy said he was ready to repair and restart the pipeline in a month if the EU officially requests it and promises Orbán will unblock the €90 billion loan.

Ukraine is expected to run short of funds by the end of March as it resists Russia’s full-scale invasion, and EU leaders have pledged to cover Kyiv’s financial needs for the next two years — a pressure point the Commission sees as partly explaining Zelenskyy’s anxiety over the veto and potentially prompting his remarks.

Speaking from the podium in the Commission’s Brussels headquarters, Gill urged both sides to cool it. {LINK}

Then
Trying to give diplomatic western impressions but stuck with the Ukraine Nazi mentality at the forefront and visible, Volodymyr Zelenskyy angrily says he will help U.S. allies with anti-drone technology and strategy, but only if the United States will provide him with Patriot Missile batteries.

[…] ““Our appeal is very simple: we would like to quietly obtain, – from countries we can name and countries we cannot name, – obtain a deficit for ourselves, those Patriot missiles and give them the equivalent number of interceptors. Yesterday I had consultations with everyone: the Commander-in-Chief, the Chief of the General Staff, the Minister of Defense, our military, management, intelligence, and so on. We clearly understood how much we need and how much we can additionally produce very quickly if we have this kind of dialogue with our partners. Aside from that, we will definitely provide expertise — specifically in protecting civilians and oil infrastructure, which, as you can see, affects the entire world. We will definitely provide our expertise.

Zelenskyy on Thursday, March 5th, 2026.”

Moscow warns Finland against nuclear policy escalation

DPA
Fri, March 6, 2026 at 6:58 AM PST

Moscow on Friday accused Finland of stoking tensions in Europe by reviewing its policy on stationing nuclear weapons on its territory.

According to Finnish radio reports, the government could relax strict controls on nuclear weapons, which are currently subject to a nationwide ban on their manufacture, storage, import and transport by land, sea and air.

Helsinki was only increasing its own vulnerability by reconsidering its current position, Russian news agencies cited Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying

By allowing nuclear weapons on its territory, Finland would be threatening Russia, Peskov said in Moscow.

"And if Finland threatens us, we will take appropriate measures,” the spokesman for President Vlaimir Putin said.

The main issue under review in Finland is whether Helsinki should allow the transport of nuclear weapons from other NATO countries through its territory.

Finland, which had been neutral for decades, joined the NATO defence alliance in April 2023 in response to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine the previous year.

IMO, Finland is just another sock puppet sacrificial goat. A enemy on the doorstep.

Russia is extremely aware that the U.S., NATO, Europe, EU are agreement incapable, not to be trusted based on previous agreements, incapable of de-escalating, and always doubles down.
And as for Trump, actions show more, much more, than his daily nonstop New York B.S.

2023
Finland became the newest member of the Nato military alliance 2023 in response to Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine.

The US has signed similar agreements with Nato members Norway, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Estonia.

A deal with Denmark is currently pending approval.

A spokesperson for the Kremlin said the deal would "certainly lead to tension".

US due to sign deal to gain access to Finnish military bases on Russian border

The United States and Finland are signing a defence cooperation agreement which will give the US military access across the Nordic country and its border with Russia.

This will allow the US swift military access and aid to Finland in
case of any conflict.

There are currently 15 facilities listed in Finland to which the US will have full access, also offering US forces the ability to store military equipment and ammunition there.

The agreement includes four air bases, a military port and railway access to northern Finland, where the US will have a storage area alongside a railway that leads up to the Russian border.

Along with signing the defence agreement, Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtone will travel to Washington Dc where she will discuss bilateral relations between the two nations, topical Nato matters and Russia’s aggression against Ukraine with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

Finland became the newest member of the Nato military alliance earlier this year in response to Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine.

He just ordered that some of Russia’s LNG exports to the EU be redirected to Asia, and if the EU doesn’t coerce Zelensky into giving him giving him more of what he wants in Ukraine, then there’d be no reason for him to not cut off Russia’s exports to them entirely for catalyzing a full-blown crisis.
