Like others have already said, exactly what are these "powerful weapons"? What have they got that they haven't already thrown on the table? Good grief, they tried to impeach a duly elected president on nothing other than lies and fantasy. Other than cheating and stealing, they've got nothing left.
Like Dennis said, it isn't what the Meathead says that worries me. He has no concept of what an armed conflict actually entails (Neither do I. I don't want to find out but I'm not walking away if it comes to it.) It's the million of sky screamers that side with him that are worrisome. They are just as unhinged and emotionally immature as he is.

Threats are all the Dems have right now, but that may change with the election. Why take a chance?
The President and the Senate need to go ahead with this while the numbers are in their favor.
Another conservative Supreme Court Justice will influence this country for a lifetime.
Administrations are only guaranteed 4 years.
Right now there are many more Republican Senators up for re-election than Democrat Senators, and most of those Repubs are behind in the polls right now.
There is a fairly good chance that the Senate will flip and there will be no hope for a Conservative SC pick even if Trump is re-elected.
Combine that with the fact that this Presidential election will be damn close, especially with the voter fraud that is expected. Trump needs to go ahead with the SC justice nomination now, while he still can.
Finally ask yourself what the damn Dems would do if the situation were reversed.
What we have now is reality. What we will have in the future is not guaranteed.

I guess the Dems have forgotten that there are three branches of the government. President Trump will nominate a Supreme Court Justice. That is his job under the Constitution.

Look for extreme threats, maybe even violent physical attacks on Senator's families.
