I've only heard rumors about tonight's speech, but I'd say it will depend largely upon just how far they try to go with the restrictions. If they leave people an out, or make it seem like there's an out to be had, I don't think you'll see the pitchforks yet.

I listened to War Room yesterday as well - all four 50 minute segments.
What is AMAZING is the fact that the fraud was endemic - it literally was "in the system"
If it's not in the voting machines themselves, it was in the tabulation (i.e. cardboard on the windows)
If its not in the tabulation, its in the reporting. (early and often "called" for Biden)
If its not in the reporting, its in the ballots themselves (i.e. photocopies, non-watermarked, etc)
If its not in the ballots themselves, it's in the transport (i.e. Truck from NY to Penn.)
If its not in the transport, it's in the US Mail System (ballot party coding on the exterior of envelopes)
If its not in the election itself, its in the auditing (slow walking any attempt or motion to a recount)
If its not in the recounting, its in the marginalization of the recounting advocates in the MEEDIA. (Trump's frivolous claims of victory.)
If the marginalization didn't work, its in the incarceration of the advocates (1/6 Protesters)
And if its not in a legitimate Certification of the election, it's in the Uniparty itself.
Truthfully there was so much chicanery in the election, it is unlikely that anything can undo it. Either now or in the future. There is simply too much dishonesty BUILT IN to the election process. The system simply doesn't want the people to have the last say in elected officials - there is too much for the system to lose in doing so.
All I can conclude is that the 2016 election was a "mistake." The Democrats underestimated how many fraudulent votes they needed for Hillary to win and were surprised by how popular Trump was in the election. Given the depth of the fraud and its many avenues for progression it is amazing that Trump won at all in 2016.
What is happening now is that given the expected outcome of the Arizona Audit, MANY are trying to accomplish the same audit in their respective states. Henceforth auditing becomes a battle on MANY fronts - and with each additional battle front the distance between each soldier becomes further and further apart. And as a result each soldier has more difficulty in advancing the line, or putting up an effective resistance.
Until each soldier is figuratively gunned down by an information sharpshooter and gives up the battle.
So depressing.

Like most here, I have no doubt of the fraud in the 2020 election.
Yes, without penalties, the democrats will be just like children. They will just continue their unruly behavior, doing as much damage as they want, forever !!!

When will the hangings begin?
Will they be televised ?
Will they use hemp rope, nylon rope, or piano wire ?
If the answer to those questions is NO, then the democrats will continue, and the RINOs will continue to roll over !!!!!

Edifice, or, core?
The edifice might represent the bureaucracy - some number of which are problem children, to be sure.
The core is where the few control the many, and are utterly corrupt - communists, one and all (else they would have already "jumped ship," having left to to find other more redeemable/moral employment long ago).

Not just "in the system", it was the system.
They gave Hillhag a big shove, and still didn't get her across the finish line.
So in 2020, they brought in the bulldozers (every trick in the book) and PUSHED the corrupt, co-opted and enfeebled Political-Lifer flimflam man into residency, expecting (and getting) absolute support from the media to convince the population that "Most votes EVAH!" for president had happened.
The result being that not only Trump supporters, but even some honest D's could see the machinations at work, some for the first time in their lives, even if their concerns are only voiced quietly among friends.
Yet here we sit, months into this disaster for our Country, the Puppetmasters and their minions churning away at flank speed on the grift, gettin' while the gettin' is good.

We have very few good men running the states. Most have been bought, or blackmailed, or are out and out traitors. Very few have any balls, integrity or a soul.

When the Republicans talk about taking the House in 2022..or how the Democrat politics will turn people to vote Republican...these are nothing but lies and platitudes.
THEY own the voting machines and know all the ways to cheat. And no one can or will stop them.
Anyone who thinks we will win any seats in the future is either a liar or deluded. The only people winning seats will be the 'chosen.'
We have been taken over. All that is left is we the people and civil war.
I see no other way out of this. Short of a miracle and I doubt G-d is much inclined to protect America at this point.
