In 2022, New Hampshire had a bill to amend the NH Constitution to secede from the US. If it passed both the house and senate by 2/3 it would go to the voters for a supermajority. 13 of 400 representatives supported it and 5 of them were reelected. A couple chose not to run for reelection.

This year, another bill for a constitutional amendment was filed to secede when the National debt hits $40 trillion. No roll call this time, and it grew to 24 supporters.

So NH is actually having hearings on this.
