[rec]Oven Roasted Potatoes with White Wine

6 medium white potatoes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Chablis or dry white wine
1 medium onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, sliced thinly

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces less than 1 inch in diameter. Place the cut up potatoes into a 2 quart casserole dish and mix in the remaining ingredients. Bake in oven uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden. (Serves 4)
