[rec] Better than Sara Lee's Spinach Souffle

SPINACH PUFF

3/4 stick of butter
3/4 lb fresh spinach
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup grated romano or parmasan
cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs (beaten)
1 cup fresh white bread crumbs
(about 2 1/2 slices bread run
through food processor)

Heat over to 350º. Grease an 8" round casserole dish

Wash spinach well and remove stems. Chop spinach.

In saucepan, melt butter. Add spinach and cook medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in all ingredients.

Pour into dish and bake until golden and set. (50-60 min

Hi, Here is a recipe for
baked corn.

1 can crushed corn
2 tbs. flour
1 tbs. butter
2 eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. sugar

Bake in moderate oven about
1 hour.

can be started at 400 degree
until brown then turn to
300 degree
