To be fair, several of the men had their head down, some in conversation with someone else. But Biden's body language is frail. His arms never swing or move, and he doesn't seem to have any curiosity concerning his surroundings or the people around him. He does not project power or intelligence. It's a very bad image for the leader of the most powerful nation in the world. Sharks are circling.

Based upon his behavior that's what I believe he has, he has a lot of the hallmarks of the disease.
