Misc Pullman bread pans

Just bought me some new Pullman bread pans. I am going to start making all my own bread again.
I would love some tried & true bread recipes If anyone would like to share.

Need a link, please. Everywhere I've seen them, they want WAAYYY too much for them. Do yours have lids?

But I've gotta say, even at the ridiculous prices, they are worth every penny! If you want to make a loaf that will be great for sandwiches or hold together in the toaster, you can't beat them.

The king Arthur flour website I linked to has some really good recipes using these pans under "pain design mie" recipes.
