This too shall pass.
It will be interesting to see how this poll comes out. I’d be voting ‘in my bunker’ (but not freaked - we don’t do freaked around here), but daughter has a doctor appointment tomorrow that can’t be put off. Just hoping it doesn’t lead to surgery.

I must say that, while I’ve always been armed, this is the first time in my entire life when I’ve felt like I might actually need those arms against people. (Yeah, I know - but we just have never lived in the kinds of places some of you all live.)

I chose glued to the screen, expecting the worst any day now - but honestly, I'm borderline totally freaked and in my bunker

Watchful, AND glued to the screen. Some family members are WNGI, and some are too far away to help in any meaningful way.

"watchful, and checking the preps, just in case". I left ready out of it. I am on the concerned side of things regarding the length of time this will drag on as related to various stock levels at home and at retail. We are more than good for a bit. More than a bit could be interesting. Definitely an attention getter for my better half, and a metric to use for future reserves for myself.

All freaked out and in my Bunker. I’ve got twenty cases of Top Roman (480 packages) and fifty gallon barrel of water, Colman Stove and a 5 gallon propane-tank. The shortwave radio just gets static. Guess I’m good until the battery goes out in the tablet. TP all sold out and using a (((pinecone. )))

Life is better in flip flops
Its the first time I've checked glued to the screen. My main concern is nurse daughter, youngest firefighter/EMT son, oldest son is meat cutter/market manager. Youngest DS will be working 12 hour shift in the ER tomorrow. Lack of PPE is what concerns me most. DD is trying to move laterally within the hospital to avoid being placed at the CV test site (single mom, 2 young boys) and again my concern is lack of PPE. She has one suit, one mask that includes eye protection. The mask is not N95. Meat cutter/market manager DS has wore himself down from too much work, lack of sleep, lack of meats to cut and display. He got a little meat stock in yesterday and was shoved by customers trying to get the newly wrapped meats he was bringing out. Just concerned Mom praying alot for her adult kids.
ETA: this too! Tb2k barely and rarely works for me now just when I feel I need it the most.

I am sheltering in place. In a small community. I do not go out much (a tank of gas every six weeks) anyway.
But very limited - although I went to DG and the Post Office this morning

I'm not sure how to quantify for me.. we're in quarantine to protect my elderly mother. I'm experiencing some stress-related nausea, but for the most part we're as prepared as we reasonably can be.

I'm pretty well glued to the screen. We don't have any cases in my immediate area. My family is all spread out but we have been checking in with each other. Anyone who can work from home or in seclusion is doing so.

Also glued to the screen
Just before going lock down, got to go to dentist today, then one last quick stop for some fill in items. Then staying put.

We are as ready as we can get. Have months' worth of my major meds and plenty of food and ammo and seeds. As of yesterday, when I got my last scrip, I am now home for the duration as I am in the high risk crowd. So got up today and started an exercise routine to keep my sanity somewhat level. Son who stays here works outside with gas lines so he isn't near people and is coming in door and hitting shower and clothes get washed immediately. Other kids are all prepped and have plans in place. Not much else we can do at this point... My grandson was already enrolled in an online school so he is good. I am sure I am missing something we need done but can't think of it...

Wish there was a choice that was more like "totally prepared, monitoring the situation, waiting for the worst, calm, isolated."

I like this one!! I voted glued, but am really more like 4.5. Definitely not freaked though. Isn't that why we're preppers, so that we don't freak out when something bad happens? Besides, stress makes you more vulnerable to illnesses.

Glued to the screen and mildly freaking out. I am 74 and hubby is 86. I feel all decisions are on me as he had two strokes two yrs ago and a mitraclip put in for a valve problem and a kidney removed due to cancer. Just the last two wks, he's had several lightheaded episodes and had to wear a monitor. He has a very low heart rate. I am so worried something will happen to him while we are quarantined at home and I won't know what to do. I went out today for Kroger pick up and that's probably it for awhile. I am praying for health and peace of mind for all of us!

Glued to the screen as I’m 56, have a 17yo daughter (who’s school just shut down) and hubs works 800 miles away. I’m overweight which I know isn’t good for this. Started running a small temp today and am very sluggish but trying to remain calm because it could just be about anything at this point.
