Somewhere in this Covid-19 mess it was mentioned that a mask is a medical device and telling someone to wear on is practicing medicine. If that holds water then the judge could be charged with practicing medicine without a license.

It is hard to find lawyers that will take on other lawyers, let alone a judge, but it might make it interesting.

I think I'm off the Juror list now after enough who questioned me in court and the DA and Judge asking "you did this for a public agency?" No your Honor, private company.

Well I usually get tossed, but not the last time. After trial I went to the Asst DA and asked "how" he looked at me and said "oh you" we blew it If the Defense attorney didn't excuse you I should have". That was 2 decades ago, so I figured the DA put me on some kind of "no Jury duty list"

in the mid 90's they built a new municipal court house in Orlando. to this day its the tallest structure on the city skyline. the finest materials were used. imported marble and granite. hand carved walnut. solid brass fixtures. crystal chandeliers. you get the picture. there was a parking deck next to it. a sidewalk wound through some landscaping from the deck to the entrance. the first sign you saw at exiting the parking deck read: "BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE OF ORANGE COUNTY". a few feet thereafter another which read: "NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND". a few feet thereafter another which read: "NO LOITERING". a few feet thereafter another which read: "NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PREMISE OR CAMPUS GROUNDS". a few feet thereafter another which read: "NO SMOKELESS TOBACCO". a few feet thereafter another which read: "NO SOLICITING". a few feet thereafter another which read: "NO SKATEBOARDING".

by the time you got to the front doors you'd been told "NO" so many time times, it was quite apparent there was NO FVKIN WAY that ego castle of a structure had been erected "for the people of Orange County"

I've said this here before on many occasions. I have a BIL and an SIL who are both judges. BOTH are absolute libtard freaks. BOTH are GUN GRABBERS. BOTH have only minuscule amounts of common sense and ZERO ability to comprehend LOGIC and RATIONAL thought processes. the attitude IS WAS and ALWAYS SHALL BE:

"if it is written then it SHALL BE"

common sense plays NO ROLE in the thought process
