…… Oven problem

I have a Frigidaire electric stove, FEFL58GSB. Tonight I set it to heat while I was prepping the meal. Then I got distracted by a phone call from an old friend. Next thing I know the oven is beeping like crazy. I go in and the screen is flashing code F10.
I shut the oven off. I throw the breaker. I give it 5 and then I flip the breaker back. I try the oven again. It shuts off as soon as I open the door. And honestly, I could see that it was too hot.
Help? New stove is not preferred unless this absolutely cannot be fixed. First because they are too expensive and also because they are too long out for delivery. Secondly, and more importantly, because I've put a lot of money into heavy duty burners and other things for this stove. I don't want to have to do it again.

That second video is a lot of help. I'll have to see if I can recruit help tomorrow to test the sensor.
Fingers crossed that it's just temp sensor.

Thank you very much.

You're welcome. I video search everything,
I'm sometimes amazed when whatever quirky troubleshooting need I have, is on youtube!!! My little tiny remmington shaver fell apart, not expensive to replace but yup, there's a video for that :geek:
Good luck!

Mine did this while heating. Makes it more likely to be the board. But I'm praying, a lot, that it's not.

Testing says computer. Decision has been made to replace both. I can test the old sensor on the new computer board is in, and set it back if it's still good. And I'm going to send the computer board to a friend to see if they can replace the bad switch. If so, that'll get tucked back as well.
Expensive. But not as expensive as trying to replace the stove and all the canning/heavy duty burners.
