Email Outlook won't show addresses for CC or BCC now.

Until last Saturday, I'd click on the TO, BCC or CC button on my Outlook email address bar and click who I wanted to send it to. Now I have a blank box where the names/emails used to be. I still have my contacts showing when I click on "People" & All Contactsbut anything sent would have to be individual.

Anyone know how to fix it so it'll work like it used to? Thanks!

It depends on the Outlook you are using (multiple versions on multiple platforms), but that drives me nuts too. Typically I find when the Cc/Bcc lines are missing, if I click in the "To:" box (or click on other stuff in that part of the app/program), the other boxes appear.

A .22 works fine. But a shotgun is more fun.

Enjoy.

I kinda solved the problem - that computer is now in my shop & I have a "new" (refurbished) $350 computer on my desk. I'm still trying to get Excel to save as Excel rather than a Pdf & print but it was time to update since Microsoft didn't support Win 10 anymore. Now if I could just cripple "Edge"!

Shoot it in the knee cap. It will live. But use the .22.

Why do you want to cripple Edge?

Just change the default browser to any other browser of your choice. You do this in Settings, Default Apps. Of course, you have to first download and install your preferred browser and then it will appear in the drop-down list to select from in the Default Browser App setting.
