Omg. R.I.P. eXe. I don’t know what to say…literally can’t find the words. He was a kind, generous man, and I’d watched many of his videos. He will be missed.

Lost my dad to cancer in January 2000. He’d had two heart attacks in the 80’s. Lost his dad in 79, to a heart attack and stroke. Dad’s brother Michael died of a massive coronary, and was found in his bedroom after not showing up to his Chiropractic office one morning. His heart was three sizes too big,

My older brother died before I was born, at seven months old. He had holes in his heart, and suffered blue baby syndrome. Dr. Denton Cooley, the famed pediatric heart surgeon, operated on him three times and my brother passed during the third surgery, in 1958.

Now, my younger brother is potentially going to have prostate cancer, as of this past December his PSA was above 13. Myself? No heart issues, but I was diagnosed with an ascending aortic aneurysm four years ago, and last year it grew two more millimeters. Never smoked, drank, or did any kind of drugs, because of the health issues that I’d seen in my family.

Heart disease scares the living sh*t out of me. I’ve lost more family members to it, and too many friends.

My deepest prayers to eXe’s family in this hour of loss, and my most humble condolences to his family and all of his friends, here and elsewhere.

Dad died at age 60. I’m 64. I’ve been worried about making it much older.

That hurts my heart- for him, his loved ones, and all of us here- to read.
...explains the wave I of sadness I felt when I last saw his name on the admin present list yesterday, too.

prayers for comfort and consolation for all those who're left shocked and grieving by this awful news.

Another death. I’m getting tired of this.
I took the pups out for a ride today, hoping to separate myself from a raw hash of emotions. There are very few of us left on TB who travelled the Y2K journey together, forging friendships now over the span of a quarter century. When I looked at the Memoriam list as I was adding his name, I just had to get out for a time.

EXe’s passing will be with us all for a very long time.

Maybe we need to look at regional yearly meetups to enjoy companionship while we can?

No one’s schedules would line up, and we could never agree where to meet. I’m not opposed however, but now it would just be an old farts’ sad meeting to reminisce about better days. Sigh….
