Actually, I had a case in the 9th circuit. I concur. That is where I learned: There is no distinction between politics and religion. Politics is the outward manifestation of an inward philosophical belief system. My biggest sin before the panel: Part of my arguments were supported by homosexual law. I really like this statement. Much truth in it.

I always have always phrased it such 'All laws enforce moral values, the only question is whose morals will be enforced'.

You can further that with 'When group A wants to enforce their belief system on group B but group B does not want group A's values enforced on them we get a war'.
